Parepare, – Aliansi Pemuda Pelajar Mahasiswa (APPM) Polman mendesak Badan Kehormatan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sulawesi Barat untuk segera menggelar sidang evaluasi terhadap seorang oknum anggota DPRD Sulbar yang diduga terlibat dalam skandal video call seks (VCS).
Bukti berupa tangkapan layar percakapan video call tersebut sempat beredar di media sosial Facebook sebelum akhirnya dihapus oleh pemilik akun. Jack Paridi, perwakilan tim advokasi Gebrak, menyatakan bahwa bukti tersebut akan dijadikan dasar laporan evaluasi.
“Hasil screenshot tersebut akan kami jadikan sebagai bukti awal dan bahan evaluasi. Hal ini jelas mencederai lembaga DPRD se-Indonesia serta melanggar kode etik yang berlaku. Tindakan tersebut juga merusak citra partai dan institusi legislatif,” ujar Jack.
Lebih lanjut, Jack menegaskan bahwa pihaknya meminta pimpinan DPRD Sulbar segera menggelar rapat evaluasi dan mengklarifikasi kejadian ini sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi.
Berdasarkan undang-undang tersebut, pejabat yang terlibat dalam kasus pornografi dapat dikenakan sanksi pidana dengan hukuman penjara maksimal 10 tahun atau denda hingga Rp5 miliar. Selain itu, Gebrak juga mendesak agar oknum tersebut diberhentikan dari jabatannya.
Tak hanya itu, APPM Polman juga telah menyiapkan laporan resmi yang akan dilayangkan ke pihak kepolisian agar kasus ini ditindaklanjuti secara hukum. Mereka juga berkoordinasi dengan berbagai Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) dan organisasi mahasiswa untuk memperkuat langkah hukum yang akan ditempuh.
Menanggapi laporan tersebut, Ketua Umum Aliansi Pemuda Pelajar Mahasiswa (APPM) Polman Kota Parepare, Muhammad Akmal Muhajir, turut mengecam keras perbuatan oknum anggota DPRD Sulbar tersebut.
“Perbuatan ini adalah pelanggaran serius yang bertentangan dengan kode etik anggota DPRD. Ini sangat memalukan dan mencoreng institusi negara. Mereka yang seharusnya menjadi contoh bagi masyarakat justru melakukan tindakan yang tidak terpuji,” ujar Akmal melalui pesan WhatsApp.
Akmal menambahkan bahwa APPM Polman Kota Parepare bersama mahasiswa lainnya mendesak Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sulbar segera mengambil tindakan tegas.
“Kami menuntut evaluasi segera dan pemberhentian oknum anggota DPRD yang telah mencederai moralitas rakyat Sulbar. Kepercayaan publik tidak boleh dirusak oleh tindakan pribadi yang mencoreng nama baik lembaga,” tegasnya.
Hingga saat ini, pihak DPRD Sulbar belum memberikan pernyataan resmi terkait tuntutan ini. Masyarakat dan berbagai organisasi mahasiswa akan terus memantau perkembangan kasus ini guna memastikan adanya tindak lanjut yang tegas dari pihak berwenang.
