Parepare – Pemerintah Kota Parepare segera membentuk tim teknis untuk menindaklanjuti rencana investasi yang akan dilakukan oleh Lippo Group di Parepare. Keputusan ini diambil dalam rapat koordinasi yang dipimpin oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kota Parepare, Muh Husni Syam, di Ruang Rapat Bappeda Parepare pada Rabu (29/5/2024).
Rapat tersebut dihadiri oleh beberapa pejabat penting, termasuk Asisten II Andi Ardian Asyraq, Asisten III Eko W Ariyadi, Kepala Bappeda Zulkarnaen Nasrun, Kepala Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD) Prasetyo Catur K, serta para Kepala SKPD dan pejabat terkait lainnya.
Dalam arahannya, Sekda Husni Syam menegaskan pentingnya pembentukan tim teknis ini dan meminta agar tim segera dibentuk untuk menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan serta hal-hal teknis lainnya.
“Kita perlu bergerak cepat untuk memastikan semua persiapan teknis dan administratif siap dalam waktu yang singkat, sehingga investasi dari Lippo Group bisa segera direalisasikan,” ujar Husni Syam.
Pembentukan tim teknis ini merupakan langkah awal yang strategis bagi Parepare dalam menarik investasi besar seperti yang direncanakan oleh Lippo Group.
Tim ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengurus segala persyaratan administratif dan teknis, termasuk perizinan, penyusunan dokumen, dan koordinasi lintas instansi.
Langkah ini juga sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah kota dalam meningkatkan iklim investasi dan ekonomi di Parepare. Diharapkan, dengan masuknya investasi dari Lippo Group, akan ada peningkatan signifikan dalam pembangunan infrastruktur dan perekonomian lokal, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif bagi masyarakat Parepare.
