Notifedia.com, Parepare — Pimpinan Wilayah Sarikat Nelayan Nahdlatul Ulama (PW SNNU) Sulawesi Selatan menggelar kegiatan besar bersama para nelayan pesisir di Kota Parepare, Rabu (23/10/2025).
Agenda tersebut menjadi momentum penting bagi pemberdayaan ekonomi nelayan di wilayah pesisir Sulsel.
Kegiatan berlangsung di Flat Mandiri Parepare dan dihadiri oleh berbagai tokoh penting, di antaranya Ketua PW SNNU Sulawesi Selatan H. Agil Mappatunru, Ayahanda PC NU Parepare Prof. Dr. Hannani, S.Ag., M.Ag., Vice President Bank Mandiri Area Parepare Zazli Said, perwakilan Dinas PKP Kota Parepare, serta Anggota DPRD Kota Parepare.
Dalam kesempatan itu, dilakukan beberapa kegiatan strategis, antara lain:
– Pembentukan pengurus cabang SNNU di empat kabupaten, yaitu Parepare, Pinrang, Barru, dan Pangkep.
– Penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama (PKS) antara SNNU Wilayah Sulsel dengan Bank Mandiri.
– Penyerahan asuransi kesehatan dan jiwa gratis kepada para nelayan.
Pembukaan rekening Bank Mandiri gratis bagi nelayan.
– Sosialisasi pendanaan usaha bagi nelayan dan pelaku tambak.
Dalam sambutannya, Prof. Dr. Hannani, S.Ag., M.Ag. menyampaikan harapannya agar SNNU menjadi wadah peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat pesisir.
“Semoga dengan terbentuknya SNNU ini menjadi wadah bagi nelayan pesisir untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Zazli Said, Vice President Bank Mandiri Area Parepare, menegaskan komitmen pihaknya untuk mendukung kemudahan akses permodalan bagi anggota SNNU.
“Melalui kerja sama dengan SNNU Sulawesi Selatan, kami siap melayani anggota SNNU untuk pendanaan usaha yang lebih mudah,” ungkapnya.
Ketua PW SNNU Sulawesi Selatan, H. Agil Mappatunru, menegaskan bahwa langkah ini merupakan bagian dari misi besar SNNU dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat pesisir.
“Misi kami membawa warga SNNU di wilayah pesisir untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonominya, membuka jalan untuk akses modal usaha, dan membuka link ke pasar nasional dengan sistem modern dan terintegrasi,” ujar Agil di hadapan sekitar 150 nelayan yang hadir.
Kegiatan ini menjadi tonggak awal sinergi antara SNNU, pemerintah daerah, dan sektor perbankan dalam mewujudkan nelayan mandiri dan sejahtera di Sulawesi Selatan.
