Notifedia.com, Parepare – Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) Polres Parepare terus menggencarkan Operasi Patuh Pallawa 2025 yang kini telah memasuki hari ke-8 pelaksanaannya. Pada razia yang digelar di Jalan Mattirotasi, Kelurahan Cappa Galung, Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat, Kota Parepare, Senin (21/7/2025), sebanyak 58 pelanggaran lalu lintas berhasil ditindak.
Operasi yang berlangsung sejak pukul 10.00 hingga 12.00 WITA ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kasat Lantas Polres Parepare, AKP Muhammad Arsyad, didampingi oleh KBO Satlantas Iptu Kadir Jailani, Kanit Turjawali Ipda Iskandar Nurdiansyah, Kanit Provost Ipda Haruna, serta personel gabungan dari Sat Samapta dan Si Propam.
Tidak hanya menindak pelanggar, personel juga mengedepankan pendekatan humanis. Petugas memberikan sosialisasi dan imbauan secara langsung kepada pengguna jalan, serta membagikan brosur edukatif seputar Operasi Patuh Pallawa 2025.
“Kami menekankan pentingnya penggunaan helm SNI bagi pengendara roda dua serta penggunaan sabuk pengaman bagi pengemudi roda empat. Pelanggar kami berikan teguran atau sanksi tilang sesuai dengan jenis pelanggaran,” ungkap AKP Arsyad saat dikonfirmasi pada Selasa pagi (22/7/2025).
Dari total 58 pelanggaran yang ditemukan pada hari ke-8 ini, 28 dikenai sanksi tilang, sementara 30 lainnya diberikan surat teguran tertulis.
Tak hanya itu, AKP Arsyad juga merinci hasil operasi pada hari ke-7 yang digelar Minggu (20/7/2025), di mana jajarannya menjaring 56 pelanggaran, dengan komposisi yang sama: 28 sanksi tilang dan 28 teguran tertulis. Dengan demikian, selama dua hari terakhir, total pelanggaran yang ditindak mencapai 114 kasus.
Secara kumulatif, sejak hari pertama hingga hari ke-8 pelaksanaan operasi, Satlantas Polres Parepare telah mencatatkan 318 pelanggaran. Rinciannya, 120 pelanggar ditilang, dan 198 pelanggar diberikan surat teguran.
“Kami berharap di sisa waktu enam hari ke depan, masyarakat pengguna jalan semakin disiplin dan patuh terhadap aturan lalu lintas,” harap Kasat Lantas.
Menurutnya, esensi dari Operasi Patuh bukan hanya sekadar penindakan hukum, tetapi lebih kepada mengedukasi masyarakat agar lebih mengutamakan keselamatan di jalan.
“Operasi ini bertujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran berlalu lintas, menekan angka kecelakaan, serta menciptakan lalu lintas yang aman dan tertib untuk semua orang,” pungkasnya mewakili Kapolres Parepare.
Sebagai informasi, Operasi Patuh Pallawa 2025 akan berlangsung hingga 27 Juli 2025. Masyarakat diimbau untuk selalu membawa kelengkapan surat kendaraan, menggunakan perlengkapan keselamatan, serta mematuhi rambu dan aturan lalu lintas guna menghindari sanksi.
