Parepare, – Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, bersama Wakil Wali Kota, Hermanto, mendampingi Direktur Jenderal Prasarana Strategis Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), Maulidya Indah Junica, dalam kunjungan ke Stadion BJ Habibie.
Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau perkembangan pembangunan stadion sekaligus memastikan kesiapan fasilitas tersebut menjelang laga PSM Makassar vs Persebaya pada 7 Maret 2025. Rabu, (5/3/25).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Maulidya Indah Junica menyampaikan bahwa secara konstruksi, stadion sudah siap digunakan meskipun masih dalam tahap penyelesaian akhir.
“Secara teknis, stadion ini bisa digunakan, walaupun masih ada beberapa pengerjaan yang perlu diselesaikan. Kita harus sama-sama menjaga agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan selama proses ini berlangsung,” ungkapnya.
Kunjungan ini juga diikuti dengan rapat mendadak yang membahas berbagai aspek teknis terkait kesiapan stadion. Beberapa hal yang menjadi perhatian utama antara lain:
• Penerangan dan Kelistrikan – Mengingat pertandingan akan digelar pada malam hari, penerangan menjadi faktor penting. Dirjen PUPR memastikan bahwa lampu stadion telah menjalani uji coba (commissioning) dan dapat digunakan dengan baik.
• Akses dan Keamanan – Pihak kepolisian serta Pemerintah Kota Parepare memastikan jalur masuk dan keluar stadion sudah tertata dengan baik untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan penonton.
• Fasilitas Pendukung – Toilet, sistem drainase, dan ketersediaan air bersih menjadi aspek lain yang dibahas dalam pertemuan tersebut. Saat ini, masih ada pengerjaan penggalian dan pemasangan kabel yang harus segera diselesaikan.
Maulidya menekankan bahwa meskipun stadion masih dalam tahap finishing, seluruh pihak harus bekerja sama agar acara pada 7 Maret berjalan lancar.
“Kami sudah rapatkan ini, mudah-mudahan dalam satu hari ke depan, beberapa hal teknis bisa terselesaikan,” tambahnya.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, sempat dibahas juga kemungkinan kerusakan fasilitas akibat intensitas penggunaan stadion oleh penonton dan suporter. Oleh karena itu, Wali Kota Parepare menegaskan perlunya kesepakatan antara pihak terkait mengenai tanggung jawab jika terjadi kerusakan.
“Tadi sudah ada kesepakatan bahwa akan dibuat MOU antara PSM dan kontraktor. Jadi, jika ada kerusakan di luar kendali, kita tahu siapa yang bertanggung jawab,” jelas Tasming Hamid.
Ia juga memastikan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Parepare tidak akan terbebani oleh tanggung jawab yang seharusnya ada pada pihak kontraktor dan klub sepak bola.
“Kita ingin semuanya jelas, jangan sampai nanti malah Pemkot yang harus menanggung biaya perbaikan,” tambahnya.
Salah satu keputusan yang masih dalam pertimbangan adalah apakah laga PSM vs Persebaya akan digelar dengan penonton atau tidak.
Hal ini masih menunggu evaluasi dari pihak kepolisian dan tim teknis dari Polda Sulsel yang akan melakukan inspeksi lebih lanjut pada hari ini.
“Keputusan ada di pihak kepolisian. Jika stadion dinilai aman untuk dihadiri penonton, maka kita akan izinkan. Namun, jika ada risiko tertentu, maka kita harus mempertimbangkan opsi pertandingan tanpa penonton,” ujar Wali Kota Parepare.
Saat ini, Stadion BJ Habibie sebenarnya belum sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada Pemerintah Kota Parepare. Oleh karena itu, MOU yang akan dibuat nantinya akan mengatur kerja sama antara kontraktor dan PSM Makassar sebagai pengguna sementara stadion.
Dalam beberapa minggu ke depan, rencananya akan ada pembahasan lebih lanjut terkait pengelolaan stadion. Bahkan, pada 10 atau 14 Maret, akan ada evaluasi nasional terkait beberapa stadion yang dibangun dengan dana APBN.
“Dalam beberapa kasus, ada stadion yang dikelola langsung oleh klub atau pihak lain tanpa harus dihibahkan ke pemerintah daerah. Ini yang sedang kita pertimbangkan juga untuk Stadion BJ Habibie,” ungkap Maulidya.
Dengan berbagai upaya yang dilakukan, diharapkan laga PSM vs Persebaya dapat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa kendala teknis. Seluruh pihak berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan segala pekerjaan yang masih tersisa agar stadion bisa digunakan sesuai standar yang diharapkan.
