Notifedia.com, Makassar – Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan (Pemprov Sulsel) resmi menerima berkas pengusulan pengangkatan Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Parepare periode 2025-2030.
Berkas tersebut diserahkan langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Kota Parepare, Kaharuddin Kadir, dan diterima oleh perwakilan Biro Pemerintahan Pemprov Sulsel, Rahmat Said dan Fadli, di Kantor Gubernur Sulsel, jum, at (7/2/25).
“Pada pukul 15.00 Wita tadi, berkasnya sudah diterima oleh Biro Pemerintahan di Kantor Gubernur Sulsel. Yang menerima itu, Pak Rahmat Said dan Pak Fadli,” ungkap Kaharuddin Kadir.
Menurut Kaharuddin, pihak Biro Pemerintahan menyatakan bahwa seluruh dokumen yang diajukan telah lengkap dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. “Semua berkas sudah dinyatakan lengkap dan siap diproses untuk diteruskan ke Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri),” tambahnya.
Ia juga menyampaikan apresiasi dari Biro Pemerintahan terhadap langkah cepat yang dilakukan dalam pengusulan ini. “Biro Pemerintahan mengapresiasi percepatan yang dilakukan, karena ini menunjukkan komitmen dan kesiapan pemerintah daerah dalam proses transisi kepemimpinan yang baik,” ujar Kaharuddin.
Dengan diterimanya berkas ini, proses administrasi selanjutnya akan segera diproses di tingkat pusat guna penetapan resmi wali kota dan wakil wali kota yang baru untuk Kota Parepare.
