    Demonstrasi JOL di Depan Depot Pertamina Parepare : Tuntut Transparansi dan Penindakan Mafia BBM

    Parepare, – Sejumlah massa yang tergabung dalam Jaringan Oposisi Loyal (JOL) Kota Parepare menggelar aksi demonstrasi di depan Depot Pertamina Kota Parepare. Senin, (3/3/25).

    Meskipun dalam berpuasa di bulan Ramadhan kali ini Aksi ini tetap dilakukan sebagai bentuk protes terhadap dugaan praktik pengoplosan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) serta maraknya mafia solar yang dinilai merugikan masyarakat dan negara.

    Iqbal, selaku orator aksi, menyampaikan bahwa tujuan utama dari demonstrasi ini adalah untuk mengawal serta mengevaluasi kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang telah diungkap oleh Kejaksaan terkait praktik pengoplosan BBM.

    Dalam kasus ini, BBM jenis RON 88 diduga dioplos menjadi RON 92 atau Pertamax non-subsidi, yang bahkan mencapai angka RON 1004.

    “Kami menilai ini adalah bentuk kejahatan luar biasa atau extraordinary crime yang dilakukan oleh pihak Pertamina terhadap rakyat. Seharusnya, kasus ini tidak hanya dipusatkan di Jakarta, tetapi juga di seluruh wilayah distribusi BBM, termasuk Parepare. Kami ingin memastikan bahwa praktik ini diusut tuntas,” ujar Iqbal dalam orasinya.

    Dalam aksi demonstrasi ini, JOL Kota Parepare mengajukan tiga tuntutan utama kepada pihak Pertamina:

    • Mendesak Pencopotan General Manager Region 7 MakassarPara demonstran menuntut agar General Manager Region 7 Makassar dicopot dari jabatannya.

    Mereka menilai bahwa yang bersangkutan tidak profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya, terutama dalam mengawasi distribusi BBM di wilayah kerjanya.

    Menurut mereka, praktik pengoplosan BBM tidak hanya terjadi di Jakarta, tetapi juga di berbagai daerah lain, termasuk Makassar dan Parepare.

    Oleh karena itu, mereka meminta adanya transparansi publik terkait permasalahan ini.

    • Pembentukan Satgas Pemantau BBMDemonstran juga mendesak pihak Pertamina untuk membentuk Satuan Gugus Tugas (Satgas) yang melibatkan aparat penegak hukum, lembaga swadaya masyarakat (LSM), media, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat umum.

    Satgas ini diharapkan dapat melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap peredaran BBM non-subsidi, khususnya Pertamax, yang diduga dioplos sebelum sampai ke masyarakat.

    • Penindakan Tegas terhadap Mafia BBMMassa aksi meminta aparat penegak hukum dan pihak Pertamina untuk segera menindak tegas mafia BBM, terutama yang berkaitan dengan penyalahgunaan solar bersubsidi.

    Mereka mengungkapkan bahwa setelah BBM masuk ke depot, ada oknum-oknum yang melakukan praktik “kencing BBM” atau penyimpangan distribusi, di mana solar yang seharusnya diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat justru dialihkan ke industri melalui jalur ilegal.

    Menurut Iqbal, tindakan ini adalah bentuk pengkhianatan terhadap rakyat, karena BBM bersubsidi yang seharusnya digunakan oleh masyarakat malah jatuh ke tangan mafia yang memperkaya diri sendiri.

    “Kami melihat ada indikasi persengkongkolan antara pihak Pertamina dengan oknum-oknum tertentu dalam praktik ini. Oleh karena itu, kami akan terus melakukan aksi hingga ada kejelasan dan tindakan nyata dari pihak Pertamina,” tegasnya.

    Massa aksi mengaku kecewa karena tidak ada perwakilan dari pihak Pertamina yang menemui mereka untuk berdialog. Oleh karena itu, mereka berencana mengajukan surat resmi untuk kembali menggelar aksi lanjutan.

    “Kami akan terus melakukan demonstrasi sampai praktik korupsi dan mafia BBM diungkap tuntas. Jika pihak Pertamina tidak berani menemui kami hari ini, maka kami akan datang lagi dengan jumlah massa yang lebih besar,” ujar Iqbal.

    Selain itu, JOL Kota Parepare juga menyoroti dampak dari dugaan praktik kecurangan ini terhadap daya beli masyarakat. Mereka menilai bahwa harga BBM yang tinggi serta penurunan kualitas bahan bakar telah membuat beban ekonomi masyarakat semakin berat.

    “Jika tidak ada langkah preventif dari Pertamina, bukan hanya masyarakat yang dirugikan, tetapi juga BUMN ini sendiri. Jangan sampai Pertamina mengalami kebangkrutan akibat korupsi yang terus dibiarkan,” tambahnya.

    Aksi demonstrasi yang dilakukan oleh JOL Kota Parepare menyoroti permasalahan serius dalam distribusi BBM di Indonesia, khususnya terkait dugaan pengoplosan dan praktik mafia BBM.

    Dengan tuntutan yang jelas, mereka berharap pihak Pertamina segera mengambil langkah konkret untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini.

    Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak Pertamina belum memberikan tanggapan resmi terkait tuntutan yang disampaikan oleh para demonstran.
