Notifedia.com, MAKASSAR – Kepala Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kota Parepare, Amarun Agung Hamka, mencatatkan prestasi akademik dengan sukses mempresentasikan jurnal ilmiah berbahasa asing dalam ajang bergengsi 2nd Doctoral International Conference (DIC).
Forum ilmiah ini diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi S3 Administrasi Publik Universitas Hasanuddin bekerja sama dengan Dewan Pengurus Pusat Indonesian Association for Public Administration (DPP IAPA), dan berlangsung pada 21–22 Mei 2025 di Hotel Unhas, Makassar.
Dalam forum ilmiah internasional tersebut, Amarun membawakan jurnal berjudul “The Effectiveness of Innovation-Based Multisectoral Collaboration in Accelerating Stunting Reduction in Indonesia: The Strategic Role of Local Governments.”
Jurnal ini mengangkat pentingnya kolaborasi lintas sektor yang berbasis inovasi untuk percepatan penurunan stunting, dengan menekankan peran strategis pemerintah daerah dalam mengintegrasikan program lintas bidang seperti kesehatan, sanitasi, pendidikan, dan perlindungan sosial.
Forum ini dihadiri oleh sejumlah tokoh akademik nasional dan internasional, di antaranya:

Mantan Kabag Humas Pemerintah Kota Parepare itu menegaskan bahwa keterlibatannya dalam forum ini bukan sekadar kontribusi akademik pribadi, tetapi juga representasi dari komitmen Pemerintah Kota Parepare dalam mendorong kebijakan publik berbasis bukti (evidence-based policy), khususnya dalam isu strategis penanggulangan stunting yang merupakan prioritas nasional.
“Pengalaman dan praktik baik dari daerah harus diangkat ke panggung global agar menjadi bagian dari pengetahuan kolektif dalam penanganan stunting. Kota Parepare berkomitmen menjadi laboratorium kebijakan publik yang progresif dan inklusif,” ungkap Amarun Agung Hamka seusai presentasi.
Partisipasi aktif Amarun Hamka dalam forum internasional ini juga memperkuat posisi Kota Parepare sebagai daerah yang adaptif dan inovatif dalam menjalankan program pembangunan kependudukan dan keluarga berencana.
Dia mengungkapkan, melalui pendekatan yang kolaboratif dan berbasis inovasi, Parepare terus memperlihatkan diri sebagai daerah percontohan dalam pengelolaan isu-isu pembangunan strategis.
Keberhasilan Amarun Agung Hamka ini menjadi bukti nyata bahwa birokrasi daerah mampu tampil di panggung global, menyumbangkan gagasan dan pengalaman terbaik untuk kemajuan bersama, tidak hanya di tingkat nasional, tetapi juga internasional

Crown is still awaiting reassessment from the NSW Independent Liquor
& Gaming Authority to see if it is suitable to hold an unconditional licence for
