Notifedia.com, Parepare — DPRD Kota Parepare menggelar rapat paripurna dengan agenda pembahasan dua rancangan peraturan daerah (Ranperda) di luar program pembentukan peraturan daerah (Propemperda).
Dua Ranperda tersebut adalah Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) 2025–2029 dan Penyelenggaraan Keolahragaan.
Rapat paripurna berlangsung di ruang rapat paripurna Lantai III Gedung DPRD Parepare, Selasa (1/7/2025).
Sidang dipimpin Ketua DPRD Parepare, Kaharuddin Kadir, didampingi Wakil Ketua DPRD Suyuti dan Muh. Yusuf Lapanna.
Turut hadir Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, Wakil Wali Kota Hermanto, Plh Sekda Amarun Agung Hamka, jajaran asisten, pimpinan SKPD, camat, lurah, serta Ketua KONI Parepare, Fadly Agus Mante.
Wakil Ketua Bapemperda DPRD Parepare, Rudi Najamuddin, menyampaikan laporan hasil rapat Bapemperda. Ia menegaskan, sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan, terdapat kondisi tertentu yang memungkinkan lahirnya Ranperda di luar Propemperda.
“Sehingga RPJMD dan Penyelenggaraan Keolahragaan memenuhi syarat menjadi Ranperda di luar Propemperda. Karena itu, keduanya urgen untuk segera ditindaklanjuti oleh alat kelengkapan DPRD,” jelas legislator PPP ini.
Dalam rapat tersebut, Sekretaris DPRD Parepare, Arifuddin Idris, juga membacakan berita acara kesepakatan pembahasan dua Ranperda dimaksud.
Sebelum rapat ditutup, Ketua DPRD Parepare, Kaharuddin Kadir, meminta persetujuan forum.
“Apakah pimpinan dan anggota DPRD bersepakat menerima dua Ranperda di luar Propemperda tersebut?” tanya Kaharuddin yang kemudian dijawab setuju secara bulat oleh anggota dewan.
Kesepakatan itu ditandai dengan penandatanganan berita acara persetujuan antara DPRD melalui Bapemperda dengan Pemerintah Kota Parepare melalui Bagian Hukum Setdako Parepare.
Kaharuddin menegaskan, dua Ranperda tersebut memiliki urgensi tinggi. “RPJMD itu mutlak. Sedangkan Penyelenggaraan Keolahragaan merupakan amanat undang-undang karena adanya perubahan regulasi, salah satunya terkait penyertaan hak-hak disabilitas.
Sehingga, sangat penting dilakukan penyesuaian perda agar sejalan dengan ketentuan terbaru,” tegas legislator Golkar tersebut.
