    Respons Cepat! S. Parman Agoes Mante Langsung Tindaklanjuti Aspirasi Warga Saat Reses

    Notifedia.com, Parepare – Anggota DPRD Kota Parepare, S. Parman Agoes Mante, menunjukkan kesigapan dalam menindaklanjuti aspirasi masyarakat saat menggelar kegiatan reses di Kelurahan Lapadde.

    Dalam pertemuan itu, sejumlah persoalan infrastruktur diutarakan langsung oleh warga dan segera ditanggapi oleh legislator dari Fraksi Partai Gelora ini. Minggu, (25/5/25).

    Dalam sambutannya, S. Parman mengawali dengan cerita nostalgia kunjungannya ke RW 7 sebelum pemilihan legislatif lalu. Ia mengingat betul kondisi jalan yang rusak parah di wilayah tersebut, yang bahkan pernah ia perjuangkan pengaspalannya sekitar 8 tahun silam.

    “Waktu itu saya langsung tinjau ke lapangan. Saya bilang kalau saya diamanahi, maka saya akan perjuangkan jalan ini. Alhamdulillah di APBD 2025, sudah dianggarkan Rp200 juta. Tapi karena efisiensi anggaran dari pusat, sebagian besar DAK ditarik. Saya langsung konsultasi dengan Pemerintah Daerah, dan akhirnya beliau Pak Wali tambahkan Rp100 juta. Jadi totalnya insya Allah Rp300 juta,” jelas Parman disambut tepuk tangan warga.

    Aspirasi juga datang dari Ketua RW 9, yang menyampaikan kekecewaannya atas proyek perbaikan jalan dari SD Muhammadiyah 2 hingga ujung kampung yang sempat dialokasikan namun ditarik kembali. Ia mengingatkan bahwa lahan tersebut sudah disiapkan oleh warga, namun belum ada kejelasan realisasi proyek.

    “Saya khawatir warga ambil lagi tanahnya. Itu tanah mereka. Kalau tidak ada kejelasan, bisa saja jadi masalah,” ujar Ketua RW 9.

    Menanggapi itu, S. Parman mengonfirmasi bahwa perbaikan jalan tersebut memang telah masuk prioritas, bahkan sudah diusulkan oleh dua warga sebelumnya. Namun lagi-lagi, anggaran yang sudah dicatat dalam APBD tidak bisa dieksekusi karena adanya penarikan dana pusat.

    “Kami sudah perjuangkan Rp21 miliar untuk berbagai program, termasuk jalan RW 9. Tapi sebagian besar ditarik karena alasan efisiensi. Namun saya pastikan sedang ada upaya dari daerah, termasuk komunikasi kami dengan Komisi V DPR RI, agar dana pusat sekitar Rp29 miliar bisa ditarik kembali,” ungkap Parman.

    Sorotan juga tertuju pada timbunan tanah yang menumpuk di kawasan RT/RW 9 dan mengganggu akses warga. Dalam forum reses tersebut, S. Parman langsung menghubungi Kepala Bidang Kebersihan DLH Kota Parepare dan juga Kabid di Dinas PUPR guna menindaklanjuti keluhan tersebut secara real time.

    “Saya tadi coba hubungi Kabid DLH, dan juga langsung mengontak Kabid PUPR. Ini supaya cepat ditangani,” ucapnya.

    Langkah cepat dan responsif S. Parman ini mendapat apresiasi dari warga yang hadir. Warga berharap janji anggaran yang telah disusun bisa segera terealisasi, terutama setelah APBD perubahan rampung.
