WAJO – Bayu yang diketahui berdomisili di Kabupaten Wajo, Wilayah Kecamatan Maniangpajo tersebut ditangkap sekelompok orang tak dikenal di rumahnya pada Selasa, dini hari sekitar pukul 03:00. Setelah ‘menghilang’, ternyata Bayu diketahui ditangkap polisi tanpa surat penangkapan yang mendetail.
Berdasarkan sumber terpercaya yang enggan disebutkan namanya mengatakan ia kehilangan Bayu kala dibawa sekelompok orang bersenjata. Mereka tiba-tiba saja mendatangi rumahnya sekitar pukul 03:00 Wita pada Selasa, 12 Maret lalu.
“Mereka tidak bawa surat apa pun. Bertanya saja tidak boleh,”singkatnya.
Penangkapannya sangat tidak manusiawi itu Anak saya dibawa dengan pakaian yang ada jelasnya.
Setelah penangkapan hari itu, keluarga pun bingung siapa yang menangkap anaknya. Selama dua minggu, mereka mencari-cari anaknya. Atas kehilangan ini, mereka pun melapor ke Mapolda Sulsel terkait kehilangan Bayu.Namun keberadaan Bayu menemui titik terang.
Beberapa petugas kepolisian dari Polrestabes Makassar diketahui telah melakukan kordinasi dengan Mapolda Jabar akan penangkapan Bayu tersebut.
Salah seorang petugas dari Mapolda Jawa Barat telah mengkonfirmasi kedua orang tua Bayu pagi tadi. Mereka mengaku sebagai pihak yang menangkap Bayu.
Pagi tadi, polisi baru membawa anaknya melakukan penangkapan dan penahanan yang tertanggal Rabu, 12 Maret.
Menurutnya, polisi mengatakan anaknya diduga terlibat kasus penipuan. Yang menjadi pertanyaan Bayu, kenapa polisi bertindak sewenang-wenang tanpa adanya surat penangkapan dari awal.
