Parepare – Pembangunan perumahan Pesona Mario di Jalan Samsul Bahri resmi dimulai dengan prosesi peletakan batu pertama pada Jumat, 20 September 2024. Prosesi ini menandai dimulainya pengembangan perumahan komersil ke-14 yang dinaungi oleh Mario Bakti Group.
Pesona Mario akan dibangun sebanyak 50 unit rumah komersil, yang terdiri dari 5 unit ruko berlantai dua, 13 rumah tipe komersil, dan 32 rumah jenis mini komersil. Founder Mario Group, Asy’ari Abdullah, atau yang akrab disapa Bung Ari, mengungkapkan kebanggaannya atas pencapaian ini.
“Syukur Alhamdulillah, Mario Bakti Group kembali membangun perumahan Pesona Mario. Ini merupakan lokasi perumahan ke-14 yang kami kembangkan. Hingga kini, kami telah berhasil membangun 1.032 rumah di 13 lokasi sebelumnya,” ujarnya.
Bung Ari juga menyampaikan kabar baik bahwa seluruh 50 unit rumah Pesona Mario telah habis terjual atau ter-booking. “Ini semua berkat kerja keras tim Mario Bakti Group,” tambahnya. Ia juga berharap agar pembangunan ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari berbagai pihak, termasuk perbankan, pemerintah kota, dan masyarakat.
Prosesi peletakan batu pertama dihadiri oleh sejumlah tokoh penting, termasuk Dewan Pembina Mario Bakti Group yang juga Ketua DPRD Parepare, Kaharuddin Kadir, dan Head Area III Kanwil 7 BNI Sulsel, Badaruddin.
Selain itu, turut hadir CEO Mario Group Kalsum Kadir, anggota DPRD Parepare Kamaluddin Kadir, serta S. Parman Agoes Mante.
Dalam sambutannya, Kaharuddin Kadir mengungkapkan rasa syukurnya atas dimulainya pembangunan perumahan ini. “Pembangunan ini merupakan pencapaian yang luar biasa bagi Mario Bakti Group. Dengan adanya 14 lokasi perumahan, ini menunjukkan progres yang sangat baik,” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, Badaruddin dari BNI Sulsel memuji perkembangan pesat Mario Bakti Group dan mengungkapkan kesiapan BNI untuk terus bermitra dalam mendukung pembangunan Pesona Mario.
“Kami sudah lama bermitra dengan Mario Group dan hubungan ini berjalan sangat baik. Kami siap membantu dalam proses pembangunan rumah-rumah komersil ini,” kata Badaruddin.
Acara peletakan batu pertama dimulai dengan doa yang dipimpin oleh Ustaz Shadiq, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan prosesi simbolis oleh keluarga, kerabat, serta tim Mario Bakti Group.
Pada kesempatan ini juga dilakukan penandatanganan dokumen perjanjian kerja sama antara BNI dan Mario Bakti Group, sekaligus penegasan bahwa seluruh dokumen perizinan pembangunan sudah terpenuhi.
