Notifedia.com, PAREPARE, — Polemik terkait dualisme kepengurusan Angkatan Muda Islam Indonesia (AMII) di Kota Parepare akhirnya mendapat klarifikasi resmi dari Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) AMII Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
Ketua DPW AMII Sulsel, Aditya Johar, menegaskan bahwa hanya ada satu Surat Mandat sah yang diakui secara administratif dan organisatoris oleh pihaknya.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan menyusul komunikasi resmi yang dilakukan Steering Committee Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) KNPI Kota Parepare dengan DPW AMII Sulsel, usai munculnya dua pihak yang sama-sama mengklaim sebagai pengurus DPD AMII Parepare.
Dalam surat klarifikasi resmi bernomor 079/SEK/DPW-AMII-SULSEL/X/2025, DPW AMII Sulsel secara tegas menyebutkan bahwa hanya Surat Mandat bernomor 078/SEK/DPW-AMII-SULSEL/X/2025 yang sah dan diakui, karena diterbitkan dan disahkan oleh Ketua DPW AMII Sulsel Aditya Johar, S.E., serta Sekretaris DPW Muh. Alif Afdinal Adam, A.Md.
Surat mandat itu memberikan kewenangan penuh kepada Muhammad Agung Nugraha untuk bertugas sebagai Caretaker Ketua DPD AMII Kota Parepare. Dengan demikian, DPW AMII Sulsel menyatakan bahwa Agung Nugraha adalah satu-satunya pihak yang sah dan berwenang mewakili DPD AMII Kota Parepare secara hukum dan organisasi.
“Adapun dokumen lain yang mengatasnamakan DPD AMII Parepare selain Surat Mandat tersebut tidak pernah diterbitkan, disahkan, maupun diakui oleh DPW AMII Sulawesi Selatan, sehingga kami nyatakan sebagai dokumen tidak sah dan diduga merupakan pemalsuan dokumen organisasi,” tegas Aditya Johar dalam keterangannya.
Lebih lanjut, DPW AMII Sulsel meminta kepada Panitia Pelaksana Musda KNPI Kota Parepare agar hanya mengakui DPD AMII Parepare yang memiliki mandat sah sesuai dengan surat tersebut.
DPW juga menegaskan agar panitia tidak memberikan hak suara maupun hak partisipasi kepada pihak yang menggunakan dokumen tidak sah.
Dalam suratnya, DPW AMII Sulsel menekankan tiga poin penting:
1. Hanya mengakui DPD AMII Kota Parepare yang memiliki mandat sah
sebagaimana disebutkan di atas.
2. Tidak memberikan hak suara atau hak partisipasi kepada pihak-pihak yang
menggunakan dokumen palsu tersebut.
3. Menjadikan surat ini sebagai dasar klarifikasi dan verifikasi keabsahan
peserta organisasi dalam forum resmi MUSDA.
“Kami menyampaikan surat ini sebagai pedoman dalam menjaga marwah dan integritas organisasi kepemudaan di bawah naungan KNPI,” tutup Aditya Johar.
Menanggapi hal itu, Muhammad Agung Nugraha selaku Ketua DPD AMII Kota Parepare yang sah menyatakan siap mengikuti seluruh petunjuk dan arahan yang dikeluarkan oleh DPW AMII Sulsel.
Ia juga menegaskan komitmennya untuk menempuh langkah hukum terhadap pihak-pihak yang diduga telah memalsukan dokumen organisasi.
“Kami patuh pada keputusan dan arahan DPW AMII Sulsel. Apa yang sudah ditegaskan dalam surat resmi itu menjadi dasar kami. Dalam waktu dekat, kami akan melaporkan dugaan pemalsuan SK DPD AMII Kota Parepare ke pihak berwenang agar persoalan ini tidak berlarut dan ada kepastian hukum,” ujar Agung Nugraha.
Agung menilai tindakan pemalsuan dokumen organisasi adalah bentuk pelanggaran serius yang mencederai nilai-nilai kepemudaan dan integritas organisasi. Ia berharap pihak-pihak terkait, termasuk panitia Musda KNPI Parepare, dapat bertindak tegas dan objektif sesuai klarifikasi resmi dari DPW AMII Sulsel.
Dengan keluarnya klarifikasi dan sikap tegas tersebut, polemik dualisme di tubuh AMII Kota Parepare diharapkan segera berakhir, serta pelaksanaan Musda KNPI dapat berjalan kondusif dan sesuai aturan organisasi.
