    Ramai Toilet Rp166 Juta di Parepare, Inspektorat Panggil Kadisdikbud: Ada Apa di Balik Proyek Ini?

    Notifedia.com, Parepare — Proyek pembangunan toilet sekolah senilai Rp166 juta di Kota Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan, terus bergulir dan kini memasuki babak baru.

    Inspektorat Kota Parepare resmi memeriksa Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Parepare, Makmur, untuk dimintai klarifikasi terkait polemik yang ramai diperbincangkan publik.

    “Karena ini ada ramai-ramai di media soal toilet sekolah, inspektorat wajib menyikapi untuk melakukan klarifikasi ke SKPD terkait. Hari ini kami undang Kadis Pendidikan untuk memberikan penjelasan,” ujar Inspektur Daerah Parepare, Iwan Asaad, kepada jurnalis, Rabu (12/11/2025).

    Iwan menjelaskan, pemanggilan tersebut dilakukan sebagai langkah awal untuk menelusuri sumber dan penggunaan anggaran proyek pembangunan toilet yang dianggap janggal oleh masyarakat.

    Pihaknya akan mencermati seluruh aspek mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga pelaksana kegiatan di lapangan.

    “Kami ingin tahu seperti apa permasalahannya sampai ramai disoroti. Kita akan lihat hasil klarifikasinya dari mana sumber anggarannya, bagaimana pelaksanaannya, siapa pelaksananya, dan seperti apa perencanaannya,” jelas Iwan.

    Menurutnya, hasil klarifikasi itu akan menjadi dasar bagi Inspektorat untuk menentukan langkah lanjutan. Jika ditemukan indikasi pelanggaran prosedur atau penyalahgunaan kewenangan, maka pemeriksaan akan ditingkatkan ke tahap investigasi.

    “Nah, kalau dalam klarifikasi nanti ditemukan hal-hal yang menonjol untuk dicermati, maka akan kita ubah menjadi investigasi,” tegasnya.

    Iwan juga menegaskan, tahapan investigasi akan difokuskan pada aspek kepatuhan terhadap regulasi serta kemungkinan adanya penyalahgunaan wewenang dan kesalahan dalam proses perencanaan maupun pelaksanaan proyek.

    “Kalau sudah masuk tahapan investigasi, berarti kita bicara soal kepatuhan terhadap regulasi. Kita akan lihat apakah ada penyalahgunaan kewenangan di dalamnya, atau proses yang keliru,” ujarnya.

    Lebih jauh, Iwan tidak menampik bahwa hasil investigasi nantinya bisa mengarah pada dugaan tindak pidana korupsi, bila ditemukan bukti yang mengindikasikan penyimpangan anggaran.

    “Kalau sudah sampai tahap investigasi, itu sudah bisa mengarah kepada kemungkinan adanya unsur korupsi atau tidak,” pungkasnya.

    Kasus pembangunan toilet sekolah ini sebelumnya mencuat dan menjadi sorotan publik setelah nilai proyeknya yang mencapai Rp166 juta dinilai tidak sepadan dengan hasil fisik di lapangan.

    DPRD Parepare pun telah melakukan peninjauan langsung ke beberapa lokasi proyek untuk memastikan penggunaan anggaran tersebut.

    Pemeriksaan Inspektorat ini menjadi langkah penting untuk mengurai benang kusut di balik proyek toilet sekolah yang menjadi perbincangan hangat publik Parepare.

    Publik kini menanti hasil pemeriksaan tersebut apakah hanya persoalan administratif, atau ada aroma penyimpangan anggaran di dalamnya.
