Notifedia.com, Parepare – Sejumlah bangunan permanen yang berdiri di kawasan Taman Aisa, tepatnya dalam area Taman Mattirotasi (Matras), Kelurahan Kampung Baru, Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat, menuai sorotan publik.
Ketua DPRD Kota Parepare, Kaharuddin Kadir, ikut menyoroti keberadaan bangunan yang disebut sebagai “taman di atas taman” tersebut. Menurutnya, pembangunan fasilitas permanen di area ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) itu patut dipertanyakan.
“Kalau bangunan permanen itu tidak memiliki izin, bisa menjadi contoh tidak bagus di masyarakat,” tegas Kaharuddin Kadir di Gedung DPRD Parepare, Selasa (8/4/2025).
Ia menambahkan, regulasi daerah jelas mengatur soal pemanfaatan ruang terbuka hijau, sehingga pembangunan tanpa izin di kawasan publik dapat berpotensi melanggar aturan yang berlaku.
Sejauh ini, belum ada penjelasan resmi dari instansi terkait mengenai status izin bangunan tersebut. Namun, DPRD memastikan akan menindaklanjuti persoalan ini untuk menjaga fungsi Taman Mattirotasi sebagai RTH sekaligus ikon rekreasi warga Parepare.
