    DPRD dan Pemkot Parepare Sepakati Arah Kebijakan Anggaran Pada Penandatanganan Nota Kesepakatan KUA-PPAS APBD 2026

    Notifedia.com, Parepare — Pemerintah Daerah Kota Parepare bersama Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Parepare resmi menandatangani Nota Kesepakatan tentang Kebijakan Umum Anggaran dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS) Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Tahun Anggaran 2026.

    Rapat paripurna penandatanganan tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Kota Parepare, Ir. H. Kaharuddin Kadir, didampingi Wakil Ketua DPRD Suyuti.

    Turut hadir Wakil Wali Kota Parepare, H. Hermanto, P, yang mewakili Wali Kota Parepare, H. Tasming Hamid, serta para anggota DPRD dan pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) lingkup Pemerintah Kota Parepare.
    Kegiatan berlangsung di Ruang Paripurna DPRD Kota Parepare, lantai 2, Rabu (12/11/2025).

    Landasan dan Tujuan Kesepakatan
    Nota kesepakatan yang ditandatangani ini menjadi pijakan penting dalam penyusunan Rancangan APBD Kota Parepare Tahun Anggaran 2026.

    Dokumen tersebut memuat arah kebijakan umum, asumsi dasar, prioritas pembangunan daerah, hingga plafon anggaran sementara yang akan menjadi dasar penyusunan RAPBD oleh pemerintah daerah.

    Dalam nota kesepakatan tersebut, para pihak menyatakan komitmen untuk menjaga transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam setiap tahapan penyusunan APBD, agar belanja daerah dapat tepat sasaran dan berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat.

    Pihak yang menandatangani nota kesepakatan yakni Wakil Wali Kota Parepare, H. Hermanto P, atas nama Pemerintah Daerah Kota Parepare, serta Ketua DPRD Kota Parepare, Ir. H. Kaharuddin Kadir, didampingi Wakil Ketua DPRD Suyuti.

    Sambutan Pemerintah Kota Parepare
    Dalam sambutannya, Wakil Wali Kota Parepare, H. Hermanto P, yang mewakili Wali Kota Parepare, menyampaikan apresiasi atas sinergitas yang terjalin antara eksekutif dan legislatif dalam proses perencanaan dan penyusunan KUA-PPAS tahun anggaran 2026.

    “Alhamdulillah, atas kerja sama dan komunikasi yang baik antara Pemerintah Daerah dan DPRD, kita dapat mencapai kesepakatan bersama dalam menentukan arah kebijakan dan prioritas anggaran untuk tahun 2026. Dokumen ini akan menjadi dasar kuat dalam mewujudkan pembangunan Parepare yang lebih maju, sejahtera, dan berdaya saing,” ujar Hermanto.

    Ia juga menyampaikan permohonan maaf dari Wali Kota Parepare, H. Tasming Hamid, yang tidak dapat hadir karena tengah menjalankan tugas kedinasan di Jakarta.

    Ketua DPRD Parepare, H. Kaharuddin Kadir, dalam kesempatan yang sama menegaskan bahwa nota kesepakatan KUA-PPAS bukan sekadar formalitas administrasi, melainkan bentuk tanggung jawab bersama antara legislatif dan eksekutif untuk memastikan penggunaan anggaran publik yang efisien dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.

    “DPRD berkomitmen untuk terus mengawal setiap tahapan pembahasan anggaran agar tetap berpihak kepada rakyat, memperhatikan asas keadilan, dan mendukung peningkatan pelayanan publik di seluruh sektor,” kata Kaharuddin.

    Setelah penandatanganan nota kesepakatan KUA-PPAS ini, Pemerintah Daerah akan menyusun Rancangan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2026 berdasarkan arah kebijakan dan plafon anggaran yang telah disepakati.

    Rancangan tersebut selanjutnya akan dibahas kembali bersama DPRD untuk ditetapkan menjadi Peraturan Daerah tentang APBD Tahun Anggaran 2026.
