Notifedia.com, Parepare – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan, resmi mengajukan hak interpelasi terhadap Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid.
Pengajuan interpelasi tersebut telah diterima langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Parepare, Kaharuddin Kadir, dan dinyatakan memenuhi syarat untuk digulirkan ke tahap pembahasan.
“Saya kira itu benar, itu bukan lagi isu, tetapi sudah fakta. Baru-baru ini saya sudah menerima surat dari lima orang anggota DPRD yang bertanda tangan. Itu sudah memenuhi syarat,” ungkap Kaharuddin Kadir kepada detikSulsel, Rabu (29/10/2025).
Menurut Kaharuddin, surat pengajuan hak interpelasi itu telah ditandatangani oleh lima legislator dari empat fraksi berbeda di DPRD Parepare. Dengan demikian, secara administratif dan politik, syarat pengajuan interpelasi dinyatakan sah.
“Sudah memenuhi syarat. Lima orang dari fraksi yang berbeda, yakni satu dari Fraksi Golkar, dua dari Fraksi Kerabat, satu dari Gerindra, dan satu dari Fraksi Gemoi,” jelasnya.
Kaharuddin menegaskan, hak interpelasi merupakan hak konstitusional anggota DPRD untuk meminta penjelasan kepada kepala daerah atas kebijakan yang dianggap penting dan strategis serta berdampak luas terhadap masyarakat.
“Kalau saya baca materi hak interpelasi yang diajukan, saya berkesimpulan bahwa itu sudah relevan dengan prinsip dan semangat hak interpelasi sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan,” tegasnya.
Selanjutnya, surat interpelasi tersebut akan dibahas dalam rapat pimpinan dan Badan Musyawarah (Bamus) DPRD Parepare. Setelah itu, hasil pembahasan akan dibawa ke rapat paripurna untuk meminta persetujuan seluruh anggota dewan.
“Bamus akan memberikan pertimbangan untuk diajukan di rapat paripurna. Jika disetujui, maka proses interpelasi dilanjutkan dengan mengundang Wali Kota untuk memberikan penjelasan secara resmi,” terang Kaharuddin.
Dalam pelaksanaan interpelasi, Wali Kota Parepare akan diminta memberikan klarifikasi terhadap sejumlah isu yang menjadi perhatian dan sorotan DPRD.
Enam poin utama yang menjadi dasar pengajuan hak interpelasi tersebut antara lain:
1. Operasional Toko Retail Indomaret Nurussamawati yang diduga menyalahi aturan.
2. Mekanisme pengangkatan Dewan Pengawas Rumah Sakit Daerah Kota Parepare yang dinilai tidak sesuai prosedur.
3. Proporsionalitas penempatan jabatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Parepare.
4. Penggunaan Lapangan Andi Makkasau untuk kegiatan komersial yang dinilai terlalu sering dan mengganggu fungsi publik.
5. Pemindahan dana daerah dari Bank Sulselbar ke Bank BTN, yang menimbulkan pertanyaan terkait transparansi dan kebijakan keuangan daerah.
6. Kondisi UMKM di Pasar Seni Parepare yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan akibat lokasi relokasi yang dinilai becek dan tidak layak, sehingga beberapa usaha terpaksa tutup.
Kaharuddin menambahkan, langkah interpelasi ini diharapkan menjadi sarana koreksi konstruktif bagi pemerintah daerah agar kebijakan publik dapat lebih transparan dan berpihak pada kepentingan masyarakat Parepare.
“Ini bukan untuk menjatuhkan siapa pun, tapi untuk memastikan setiap kebijakan publik dijalankan sesuai aturan dan berpihak kepada rakyat,” pungkasnya.
