Notifedia.com, PAREPARE — Pemerintah Kota Parepare bersama Pengadilan Negeri Parepare resmi menandatangani nota kesepahaman (MoU) tentang Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Prima di Kota Parepare. Penandatanganan ini berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Wali Kota, Rabu (18/6/2025).
Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Parepare, Andi Musyafir, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama ini merupakan komitmen bersama untuk memberikan akses keadilan yang lebih luas, khususnya bagi masyarakat kurang mampu.
“Melalui MoU ini, masyarakat yang tidak mampu dapat memperoleh keadilan secara lebih mudah. Selain itu, kesadaran hukum masyarakat juga akan meningkat, serta pelayanan hukum dapat diberikan secara lebih prima dan berkeadilan di wilayah hukum Kota Parepare,” ujar Andi.
Ia menambahkan, nota kesepahaman tersebut juga menjadi pedoman dalam meningkatkan koordinasi, sinkronisasi, dan integrasi lintas sektor, khususnya antarorganisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) yang terkait dengan pelayanan hukum.
Sementara itu, Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, menyambut baik kerja sama ini dan mengapresiasi langkah Pengadilan Negeri Parepare yang dinilai sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah kota dalam memperkuat layanan publik berbasis keadilan.
“Saya selalu katakan di mana pun, jika sesuatu dilakukan demi kepentingan masyarakat, maka harus disegerakan. MoU ini tentu akan membawa dampak positif, terutama dalam meningkatkan pemahaman hukum di tengah masyarakat,” kata Tasming.
Ia menekankan, dengan adanya kesepakatan ini, koordinasi antara Pemerintah Kota Parepare dan Pengadilan Negeri akan semakin mudah dan efisien, sehingga berbagai urusan yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan hukum bisa ditangani lebih cepat.
“MoU ini bukan hanya dokumen seremonial, tapi wujud sinergi nyata untuk menghadirkan keadilan yang mudah dijangkau. Kami ingin masyarakat merasa aman, terlindungi, dan percaya bahwa hukum hadir untuk semua, tanpa terkecuali,” tutup Tasming.
