Notifedia, Makassar — Pemerintah Kota Parepare meraih penghargaan bergengsi sebagai “Innovative Tourism Destination” dalam ajang CNN Indonesia Award yang digelar di Hotel Claro, Makassar.
Penghargaan tersebut diserahkan secara langsung oleh Direktur Transmedia, Latif Harnoko, kepada Pejabat Jabatan (PJ) Wali Kota Parepare, Akbar Ali. Kamis, (21/3/2024).
Penghargaan ini menjadi bukti nyata dari upaya keras Pemerintah Kota Parepare dalam mengembangkan pariwisata yang inovatif dan menarik minat wisatawan.
Dengan berbagai program dan kegiatan yang kreatif, Kota Parepare berhasil menonjolkan potensi wisata yang dimilikinya, serta memberikan pengalaman yang tak terlupakan bagi para pengunjung.
Akbar Ali, dalam sambutannya, menyampaikan rasa bangga atas pencapaian ini dan berterima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang telah berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan pariwisata di Kota Parepare.
Dia juga menegaskan komitmen Pemerintah Kota Parepare untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas dan pelayanan pariwisata guna menjadikan Kota Parepare sebagai destinasi wisata yang semakin menarik dan berdaya saing.
Penghargaan “Innovative Tourism Destination” ini tidak hanya menjadi prestasi bagi Pemerintah Kota Parepare, tetapi juga memotivasi untuk terus berinovasi dan memberikan yang terbaik dalam mengembangkan potensi pariwisata daerah.
