Notifedia, Parepare – Pemerintah Kota Parepare dan Institut Teknologi Habibie (ITH) menandatangani sejumlah nota kesepahaman atau Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat kerja sama di berbagai bidang. Selasa, (14/5/24).
Penandatanganan ini melibatkan Pj Wali Kota Parepare, Akbar Ali, dan Rektor ITH, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ansar Suyuti, MT., IPU., ASEAN.Eng, serta beberapa kepala dinas terkait.
Acara penandatanganan MoU ini mencakup beberapa kerja sama penting, di antaranya:
1. MoU Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi : Nota kesepahaman ini ditandatangani oleh Pj Wali Kota Parepare, Akbar Ali, dan Rektor ITH, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ansar Suyuti, MT., IPU., ASEAN.Eng. MoU ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kolaborasi antara pemerintah kota dan institusi pendidikan dalam bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
2. Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) Pengembangan Satu Data : Kerja sama ini ditandatangani oleh Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Parepare, M. Anwar Amir, dan Rektor ITH. PKS ini difokuskan pada pengembangan sistem data terpadu yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi data di Kota Parepare.
3. PKS Penerapan dan Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Inspektorat : Perjanjian ini melibatkan Inspektur Daerah Kota Parepare, H. Iwan Asaad, dan Rektor ITH. PKS ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan transparansi di Inspektorat Daerah Kota Parepare.
Dalam sambutannya, Pj Wali Kota Parepare, Akbar Ali, menyatakan bahwa kerja sama ini merupakan langkah strategis untuk memajukan Parepare melalui sinergi antara pemerintah dan dunia akademis.
“Kolaborasi dengan ITH akan membantu kita dalam menghadapi tantangan pembangunan dengan lebih efektif dan inovatif. Kerja sama ini juga akan memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia di Parepare,” ujar Akbar Ali.
Rektor ITH, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ansar Suyuti, MT., IPU., ASEAN.Eng. juga menyampaikan optimismenya terhadap kerja sama ini. “Kami berkomitmen untuk mendukung Pemkot Parepare dalam berbagai program pengembangan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan teknologi dan pendidikan. MoU ini adalah awal yang baik untuk mewujudkan tujuan bersama,” ungkapnya.
Penandatanganan MoU ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat besar bagi kedua belah pihak, terutama dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, efektivitas pelayanan publik, dan pengembangan teknologi di Parepare.
Dengan adanya kerja sama ini, Parepare diharapkan dapat menjadi kota yang lebih maju dan inovatif di masa mendatang.
