Kegiatan ini melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, di antaranya para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), camat, lurah, serta para inovator dari kalangan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan guru.
“Melalui forum ini, saya mengajak seluruh jajaran untuk menjadikan inovasi sebagai budaya kerja. Bukan hanya sekadar mematuhi aturan, tetapi juga mampu menghadirkan solusi yang kreatif dan aplikatif terhadap berbagai persoalan di tengah masyarakat,” ujar Tasming Hamid.
Ia menekankan bahwa inovasi tidak selalu identik dengan teknologi, melainkan juga mencakup cara berpikir, bekerja, dan melayani secara baru dan lebih baik. Tasming juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi lintas sektor, termasuk dengan dunia usaha, perguruan tinggi, media, dan masyarakat sipil, dalam mendorong lahirnya kebijakan yang partisipatif dan tepat sasaran.
“Pelayanan publik yang inovatif hanya dapat terwujud jika semua pihak terlibat aktif dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi kebijakan. Karena itu, kolaborasi antara Pemkot Parepare, LAN, dan BRIN diharapkan mampu melahirkan kebijakan dan program yang aplikatif serta berkelanjutan,” paparnya.
Wali Kota Parepare juga menegaskan bahwa pola-pola kerja lama yang konvensional tidak lagi relevan untuk menjawab tuntutan masyarakat saat ini. Oleh karena itu, seluruh perangkat daerah, khususnya Bappeda, diminta untuk menetapkan target yang jelas dan terukur dalam setiap rencana inovasi.
“Kalau kita terus berpikir secara normatif, maka hasilnya pun akan stagnan. Orang yang berpikir maju pasti punya target, dan target itu harus dicapai. Jika gagal, tentu akan ada dampaknya,” tegasnya.
Tasming Hamid mencontohkan salah satu inovasi melalui pengembangan aplikasi “Parepare Dalam Genggaman”, yang tengah digagas oleh Pemkot Parepare dengan Institut Teknologi BJ Habibie (ITH), sebagai upaya mempermudah masyarakat mengakses berbagai layanan dalam satu platform digital yang terintegrasi.
“Kami bersama Wakil Wali Kota berkomitmen untuk terus mendorong lahirnya inovasi dari seluruh perangkat daerah. Inovasi seperti ‘Parepare Dalam Genggaman’ dibuat semata-mata untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan pemerintah,” tambahnya.
Melalui kegiatan ini, Pemerintah Kota Parepare menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam menjadikan inovasi sebagai fondasi utama dalam tata kelola pemerintahan yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan publik yang berkualitas.
