Notifedia.com, Parepare – Pelaksana Tugas (PLt) Dewan Pengurus Daerah Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (KNPI) Kota Parepare resmi menetapkan Steering Committee (SC) dan Organizing Committee (OC) untuk pelaksanaan Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) XVI Pemuda/KNPI Kota Parepare Tahun 2025.
Keputusan tersebut tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor: KEP.001/PLt.KNPI-Pare/X/2025 yang dikeluarkan pada 15 Oktober 2025.
Langkah ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari Surat Keputusan DPD KNPI Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Nomor: KEP.211/KNPI-SS/X/2025, yang menunjuk Pelaksana Tugas (PLt) DPD KNPI Parepare untuk melanjutkan pelaksanaan Musda XVI di bawah koordinasi langsung DPD KNPI Sulsel.
Keputusan tersebut diambil guna menjamin legalitas, tertib organisasi, serta menjaga marwah kelembagaan KNPI di tingkat daerah.
Pelaksana Tugas Sekretaris DPD KNPI Kota Parepare, Muh. Haedar Hasan, menegaskan bahwa pembentukan SC dan OC merupakan bagian dari upaya memastikan seluruh tahapan Musda berjalan konstitusional, demokratis, dan representatif.
“Pembentukan SC dan OC ini adalah langkah penting agar pelaksanaan Musda XVI KNPI Parepare berjalan tertib dan sah sesuai ketentuan organisasi. Kami berpegang pada AD/ART, Pedoman Organisasi, serta Tafsir Khusus Pasal Dukungan DPK yang sudah ditetapkan oleh DPD KNPI Sulsel,” jelas Haedar, Rabu (15/10/2025).
Ia juga menegaskan bahwa keputusan ini sekaligus merupakan langkah perbaikan terhadap dinamika Musda sebelumnya yang sempat tertunda.
“Kami ingin memastikan proses Musda kali ini menjadi momentum penyegaran organisasi yang lebih sehat, terbuka, dan tanpa dominasi dari pihak manapun. Prinsip Synergy of Harmony akan menjadi pegangan kami dalam menjaga keseimbangan dan persatuan pemuda Parepare,” tegasnya.
Dalam keputusan tersebut, PLt DPD KNPI Parepare juga secara resmi mencabut dua surat keputusan lama yang sebelumnya diterbitkan oleh DPD KNPI Parepare, yaitu:
SK Nomor KEP./KNPI-Pare/I/2025 tentang Pengesahan Komposisi dan Personalia Steering Committee Rapimda dan Musda DPD KNPI Parepare Tahun 2025.
SK Nomor KEP.4/KNPI-Pare/I/2025 tentang Pengesahan Komposisi dan Personalia Panitia Musda DPD KNPI Parepare Tahun 2025.
Dengan pencabutan tersebut, struktur baru SC dan OC kini menjadi satu-satunya tim resmi yang memiliki mandat untuk melaksanakan Musda XVI KNPI Parepare.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Komite
Dalam SK tersebut dijelaskan bahwa Steering Committee (SC) bertugas menyusun tata tertib, jadwal, dan mekanisme persidangan Musda, serta memastikan seluruh proses berjalan sesuai AD/ART KNPI.
SC juga memberikan rekomendasi administratif terhadap keabsahan peserta dan calon ketua.
Sedangkan Organizing Committee (OC) memiliki tanggung jawab dalam aspek teknis pelaksanaan, termasuk registrasi peserta, logistik, dokumentasi, dan komunikasi. OC juga berkewajiban menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan kepada PLt DPD KNPI Parepare.
Kedua komite ini bertanggung jawab langsung kepada PLt DPD KNPI Parepare dan berkoordinasi dengan DPD KNPI Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
