Notifedia.com, Barru – Pihak PT. Prima Karya Manunggal (PKM) akhirnya angkat bicara menanggapi tuduhan yang dilayangkan oleh Danres.T, yang mengklaim bahwa lahannya di wilayah Lakappala, Dusun Buaka, Desa Kupa, Kecamatan Mallusetasi, Kabupaten Barru, telah dieksploitasi secara ilegal.
Dalam klarifikasi panjang yang disampaikan oleh H. Aziz, perwakilan yang dipercaya oleh pihak perusahaan, disebutkan bahwa seluruh aktivitas tambang yang dilakukan oleh PKM adalah resmi, legal, dan telah memenuhi semua ketentuan hukum.
“Perusahaan ini masuk secara sah. Semua dokumen, mulai dari Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) sampai Rencana Anggaran dan Kegiatan (RAKB), lengkap. Tidak mungkin bisa beroperasi tanpa kelengkapan itu,” tegas H. Aziz saat ditemui awak media, didampingi oleh istrinya dan beberapa rekan media lokal dan nasional.
H. Aziz menjelaskan bahwa IUP milik PT. PKM pertama kali terbit pada tahun 2019 dan telah diperpanjang pada tahun 2024. Izin tersebut kini berlaku sampai 6 Februari 2029, dan telah melalui semua tahapan pemeriksaan oleh instansi terkait, termasuk Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM).
“Perpanjangan IUP dilakukan sesuai prosedur. Kami juga sudah menyusun dan menyerahkan RAKB yang berlaku sampai 2026. Untuk 2027 hingga 2029 juga akan kami ajukan sesuai jadwal. Jadi tidak ada yang ilegal,” tambahnya.
Ia juga mengklarifikasi bahwa dokumen-dokumen legal tersebut telah dikonfirmasi oleh pihak kepolisian dan Kementerian ESDM. Bahkan, pihaknya menunjukkan bukti surat resmi yang memperkuat legalitas operasi mereka di Lakappala.
Menanggapi klaim Danres.T soal perampasan hak atas tanah, H. Aziz menyebut bahwa hal itu hanyalah bentuk miskomunikasi dan kurangnya klarifikasi.
Ia menceritakan bahwa ayah dari Danres, semasa hidupnya, merupakan tokoh yang sangat dihormati dan justru menjadi pihak yang dahulu mengurus dokumen-dokumen tanah, termasuk yang digunakan untuk kepentingan tambang dan fasilitas umum seperti masjid.
“Semua surat tanah, termasuk yang terkait masjid, dulunya dipegang oleh bapaknya Danres. Setelah beliau wafat, kami ambil kembali dokumen,dokumen kami dari almarhum. kami tetap membayar PBB dan melanjutkan pengurusan. Tidak ada perampasan, semua berdasarkan kesepakatan dan proses administratif yang sah,” jelas H. Aziz.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa jalur-jalur akses tambang yang digunakan tidak menabrak hak kepemilikan Danres. “Setiap penambang di sini punya jalur masing-masing. Kalau kami dianggap menguasai jalan milik Danres, itu tidak benar,” katanya.
Di akhir pernyataannya, H. Aziz menekankan bahwa pihak PT. PKM tidak ingin memperkeruh suasana. Ia menyayangkan ketika adanya aksi unjuk rasa yang digalang tanpa komunikasi yang baik terlebih dahulu. Ia berharap permasalahan ini bisa diselesaikan secara musyawarah dan terbuka.
“Kami terbuka untuk berdiskusi. Jangan dulu main demo. Semua bisa dibicarakan baik-baik. Kalau ada kekurangan di pihak kami, kami siap benahi. Tapi jangan sampai nama baik perusahaan dicemarkan tanpa dasar,” pungkas H. Aziz.
