    Notifedia.com, Sidrap – Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang menggelar Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) untuk Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) 2025–2029 dan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) 2026, Kamis (22/5/2025) di Aula Kompleks SKPD Sidrap.

    Bupati Sidrap, H. Syaharuddin Alrif membuka acara yang dihadiri Plt Kepala Bappelitbangda Provinsi Sulsel, Dr. Setiawan Aswad, Kapolres Sidrap AKBP Fantry Taherong, Dandim 1420 Letkol Inf Awaloeddin, Ketua DPRD, Takyuddun Masse, Plh. Kajari Andi Mujahidah Amal, serta Pj. Sekda Sidrap Andi Rahmat Saleh.

    Acara dengan tema “Sinergi Membangun Sidenreng Rappang Maju dan Sejahtera” ini juga diikuti para kepala OPD, anggota DPRD provinsi dan kabupaten, instansi vertikal, camat, lurah, kepala desa, BUMD, tokoh masyarakat dan agama, forum anak, serta awak media.

    Plt Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah (Bapperida) Sidrap, Herwin, dalam laporannya menjelaskan, tujuan musrenbang untuk membahas dan menyelaraskan dokumen perencanaan pembangunan daerah.

    “Termasuk klarifikasi dan kesepakatan terhadap tujuan dan sasaran, strategi dan arah kebijakan, serta program strategis. Semua ini juga menyangkut dukungan perangkat daerah terhadap pencapaian program nasional,” jelas Herwin.

    Sementara itu, Setiawan Aswad mewakili Gubernur Sulsel mengatakan, Musrenbang RPJMD dan RKPD merupakan tahapan yang wajib dilakukan dalam rangka penyempurnaan RPJMD dan RKPD.

    Oleh karena itu ia berharap, kegiatan yang sangat strategis itu tidak dimaknai sebagai seremonial saja, melainkan sebagai ajang untuk memberikan masukan, saran untuk pembangunan Kabupaten Sidrap.

    “Kegiatan ini sangat penting sebagai ajang konsolidasi, serta menjadi fondasi yang kuat bagi arah pembangunan Kabupaten Sidrap lima tahun ke depan,” ujarnya.

    Bupati Sidrap, H. Syaharuddin Alrif, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh pihak yang hadir dan berharap Musrenbang ini benar-benar melahirkan rumusan program berdasarkan kebutuhan riil masyarakat.

    “Saya berpesan kegiatan ini dapat menghasilkan rumusan berbasis kebutuhan mayarakat, jangan berdasar keinginan pejabat, desa, lurah maupun camat, supaya uang APBD itu betul-betul dirasakan oleh masyarakat,” tegasnya.

    Syaharuddin juga mengajak seluruh perangkat daerah untuk meninggalkan pola kerja lama yang tidak berdampak langsung pada kesejahteraan warga.

    “Ayo kita ubah cara kerja. Mari bekerja berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat Sidenreng Rappang,” ajaknya.

    Ia mengutarakan, arah pembangunan Sidrap ke depan telah dituangkan dalam dokumen negara sesuai visi dan misi saat kampanye, terutama melalui 14 program unggulan yang kini mulai berjalan. Program tersebut meliputi BPJS gratis, pupuk dan sarana pertanian, listrik masuk sawah, dukungan peternakan dan UMKM, pendidikan unggul, serta program “Sidrap Berkah dan Bersih”.

    Syaharuddin melanjutkan, target yang ia genjot saat ini yaitu program penerapan sistem IP300 dalam mendukung swasembada pangan nasional, dan menjadikan Sidrap sebagai lumbung beras, lumbung telur, lumbung penghafal Al-Qur’an serta lumbung energi terbarukan

    “Mari bulatkan tenaga dan pikiran, bersinergi dan berkolaborasi demi Sidrap yang lebih baik, maju, dan sejahtera,” seru Syaharuddin.

    Menutup sambutannya, Bupati juga menyinggung program Sekolah Rakyat, di mana Sidrap menjadi salah satu dari tiga daerah di Sulsel yang mendapat dukungan pembangunan dari Kementerian PUPR.

    “Alhamdulillah di Sulawesi Selatan ada tiga yang mendapat sekolah rakyat yakni Pemprov Sulsel, Kabupaten Bone dan Kabupaten Sidrap,” bebernya.

    “Lokasinya di Mario, tapi untuk sementara ini kita gunakan SMPN 6. Pengerjaannya sedang dilakukan Kementerian PUPR dengan anggaran sekitar Rp200 miliar,” pungkasnya.

    Acara kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi dari para narasumber dan sesi diskusi yang dipandu oleh Pj. Sekda Sidrap, Andi Rahmat Saleh.
