Sebagai tindak lanjut, Wali Kota juga mengeluarkan Keputusan Nomor 664 Tahun 2025 yang menetapkan Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Direktur Perumda Air Minum Tirta Karajae.
Langkah pencabutan ini diambil setelah adanya temuan hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat terkait proses perpanjangan jabatan direktur sebelumnya.
Dalam laporan kesimpulan pemeriksaan, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan mendasar, antara lain:
SK Nomor 807 Tahun 2024 tidak mencantumkan laporan Dewan Pengawas sebagai dasar pertimbangan, padahal dokumen tersebut wajib disertakan.
Draft SK perpanjangan jabatan hanya dilengkapi nota pengajuan, tanpa dilampiri laporan kinerja maupun hasil pengawasan Dewan Pengawas.
Evaluasi kinerja BUMD yang telah disusun BPKP, Dewan Pengawas, dan auditor independen sebenarnya tersedia, tetapi tidak dijadikan dasar pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan.
Atas kelemahan itu, pemeriksa merekomendasikan kepada Wali Kota Parepare untuk mencabut SK perpanjangan, sekaligus menugaskan agar pembinaan BUMD dilakukan secara optimal melalui monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja berkala.
Selain itu, Tim Pemeriksa Pelanggaran Disiplin ASN juga diminta untuk menelusuri serta memeriksa pegawai yang diduga terlibat dalam proses administrasi yang dinilai menyimpang dari prosedur, norma, dan kriteria hingga terbitnya SK perpanjangan tersebut.
Komitmen Tata Kelola BUMD
Dengan adanya kebijakan ini, Pemerintah Kota Parepare menegaskan komitmennya dalam memastikan tata kelola BUMD sesuai aturan.
Tasming Hamid menekankan bahwa pelayanan air bersih kepada masyarakat tetap menjadi prioritas utama, meskipun terjadi pergantian kepemimpinan di tubuh Perumda Air Minum Tirta Karajae.
