Notifedia.com, PAREPARE — Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, kembali melakukan rotasi jabatan di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Parepare. Kegiatan Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, Pejabat Administrator, dan Pejabat Fungsional tersebut digelar di Auditorium BJ Habibie, Senin (2/6/2025).
Dalam arahannya, Tasming menekankan pentingnya menjalankan program-program unggulan yang menjadi prioritas dalam kepemimpinannya bersama Wakil Wali Kota Hermanto. Salah satu program yang menjadi sorotan yakni layanan pemakaman gratis bagi warga.
“Untuk Camat Bacukiki yang baru dilantik, saya minta program ini menjadi perhatian serius. Jalankan tugas dengan baik. Saya tidak ingin ada hambatan teknis dalam pelaksanaannya. Begitu pula bagi pejabat lain yang saat ini masih menjabat, laksanakan dengan maksimal,” tegas Tasming.
Tasming juga mengingatkan agar para pimpinan perangkat daerah tidak segan menyampaikan jika ada staf atau bawahannya yang dinilai menghambat jalannya program.
“Kalau ada staf yang tidak sejalan, atau bahkan terkesan memperlambat pelaksanaan program unggulan, sampaikan langsung ke saya. Kita evaluasi, kita ganti,” tegasnya.
Selain menyinggung soal komitmen terhadap program, Tasming juga menyoroti kedisiplinan aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Hal ini seiring dengan dilantiknya Kepala BKPSDMD yang baru.
“Saya berharap Kepala BKPSDMD yang baru dapat bersikap tegas terhadap kedisiplinan ASN. Kalau sampai terjadi pembiaran, maka akan berdampak buruk bagi kinerja pemerintahan. Jika sudah diberikan teguran tapi masih tidak diindahkan, jangan ragu untuk menjatuhkan sanksi disiplin berat. Termasuk untuk ASN yang terlibat kasus asusila, pungli, dan pelanggaran berat lainnya,” tegasnya.
