Notifedia, Parepare — Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kantor Wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mengadakan pertemuan dengan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kota Parepare dan SKPD terkait lainnya di Sulawesi Selatan.
Pertemuan itu membahas permintaan data dasar Rencana Tata Ruang (RTR) daerah di Sulawesi Selatan. Pertemuan berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Kantor Dinas PUPR Parepare. (4/9/2023).
Peserta rapat di antaranya Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Provinsi Sulsel, OPD Pemerintah Daerah dan Pemerintah Kota serta Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) se-Sulawesi Selatan yang dipusatkan di Parepare.
Pembahasan dilakukan sehubungan dengan amanat Pasal 14 Ayat 2 Undang Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja terkait wajib membantu dan menyediakan RDTR dalam bentuk standar yang telah ditentukan.
Menindaklanjuti hal tersebut, Kantor Wilayah BPN Sulsel meminta Pemerintah Daerah menyediakan data-data yang dibutuhkan dari instansi terkait.
Kepala Bidang Tata Ruang Dinas PUPR Parepare Rahmansyah mengatakan, pertemuan yang dipimpin Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang Wilayah Sulsel ini untuk permintaan data dasar Rencana Tata Ruang (RTR), di mana Dinas PUPR Parepare termasuk di dalamnya.
“Iya pertemuan ini untuk permintaan data dasar Rencana Tata Ruang Kota Parepare yang juga diikuti daerah lain oleh OPD terkait se-Sulsel,” kata Rahmansyah.
Plt Kepala Dinas PUPR Parepare, Budi Rusdi menambahkan bahwa dalam rangka permintaan data dasar RTR Sulsel, termasuk Parepare diadakan pertemuan dipimpin oleh Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang Sulsel di Dinas PUPR Parepare.
“Benar bahwa pertemuan permintaan data dasar Rencana Tata Ruang ini dipimpin Kementarian ATR Wilayah Sulsel dengan melibatkan OPD Sulsel, OPD Kota dan Kabupaten serta BPN se-Sulsel,” tandas Budi Rusdi.
