Notifedia, PAREPARE – Proses persiapan Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) 2024 di Kota Parepare telah mencapai tahap penting dengan dimulainya pendistribusian logistik pemilu ke empat kecamatan di kota ini.
Acara pelepasan logistik tersebut secara resmi dihadiri oleh Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Parepare, Akbar Ali, yang mengambil bagian dalam upacara tersebut di depan Kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Parepare pada Minggu, 11 Februari 2024.
Pendistribusian logistik pemilu ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa semua kecamatan di Kota Parepare siap menyelenggarakan pemilu dengan lancar dan tertib.
Dalam acara pelepasan tersebut, Akbar Ali secara simbolis melepaskan logistik yang akan digunakan untuk pelaksanaan pemilu di masing-masing kecamatan.Tidak hanya dihadiri oleh Akbar Ali, acara pelepasan logistik pemilu ini juga turut dihadiri oleh berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk jajaran Forkopimda yang terdiri dari Kapolres AKBP Arman Muis, Dandim 1405 Letkol Inf Hastiar Hatta, serta perwakilan dari Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan Negeri Parepare.
Muhammad Awal Yanto, selaku Ketua KPU Parepare, dan Muhammad Zainal Asnun, Ketua Bawaslu Parepare, juga turut hadir dalam acara tersebut sebagai wujud dukungan dan keterlibatan aktif dari lembaga-lembaga terkait dalam proses demokrasi.
Pendistribusian logistik pemilu ke empat kecamatan ini menandai awal dari rangkaian persiapan yang matang untuk memastikan pelaksanaan pemilu yang aman, transparan, dan berintegritas di Kota Parepare.
Semua pihak berharap agar pemilu berlangsung dengan lancar dan memberikan hasil yang mewakili suara rakyat secara adil dan demokratis.
