Notifedia, Parepare — Pemerintah Kota Parepare dalam hal ini BKPSDMD menggandeng Balai Besar Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Penelitian (BBPSDMP) Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia menggelar Government Transformation Academy.
Government Transformation Academy dibuka resmi Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Parepare, Akbar Ali di Ruang Pola Kantor Wali Kota Parepare, Senin (4/3/2024).
Government Transformation Academy dilaksanakan dengan empat tema pelatihan yaitu Digital Public Relations, Junior Office Operator, Junior Network Administrator, dan Fasilitator Pembelajaran Digital.
Pelatihan berlangsung selama lima hari, 4-8 Maret 2024. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 140 ASN dari 34 SKPD lingkup Pemkot Parepare.
Saat membuka kegiatan, Pj Wali Kota Akbar Ali mengatakan, Government Transformation Academy merupakan hal yang sangat penting.
Karena merupakan bukti konkret dalam mendorong percepatan transformasi digital di pemerintahanAkbar Ali menyebut pelatihan ini mencerminkan semangat kolaborasi untuk mencapai transformasi digital yang lebih efektif.
“Saya berharap pelatihan ini berjalan lancar dan memberikan dampak positif,” harap Akbar Ali.
Penanggung Jawab Pelatihan, Yayat Dendy Hidayat mengungkapkan, peserta akan dibagi empat kategori. Di antaranya 35 peserta guru dan 105 ASN dari semua SKPD.
“Pelatihan ini untuk mewujudkan percepatan transformasi digital di pemerintahan. Karena itu pelatihan Government Transformation Academy ini kami gelar bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Kota Parepare,” kata Yayat.
