    Branch Manager PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Parepare, I Nengah Suryana Jendra, melalui pemberitaan di kilassulawesi.com, menegaskan bahwa kapal tersebut diizinkan bersandar di Pelabuhan Cappa Ujung hanya untuk mengisi air bersih. Ia menambahkan bahwa pihak Pelindo telah meminta pemantauan langsung untuk memastikan kapal tidak melakukan aktivitas lain di luar izin yang diberikan. Minggu, (19/1/24).

    “Untuk aktivitas pembongkaran BBM, itu harus mendapatkan izin dari Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan (KSOP), karena muatannya termasuk kategori bahan berbahaya. Jika ada pelanggaran, kami akan menindak tegas,” ujar Jendra.

    Setelah pengisian air selesai, kapal seharusnya meninggalkan dermaga sesuai arahan Pelindo.

    Izin Bongkar KSOP dan Dugaan Kejanggalan

    Humas KSOP, Eko, mengonfirmasi bahwa Kapal LCT HT Cendana 88 telah bersandar selama kurang lebih enam hari di perairan Parepare sebelum akhirnya merapat ke Pelabuhan Cappa Ujung. Ia juga membenarkan rencana pembongkaran BBM dari kapal langsung ke mobil tangki, yang dilakukan sesuai prosedur standar operasional (SOP).

    Namun, terdapat informasi yang menimbulkan pertanyaan publik. Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun oleh Notifedia.com, izin operasi kapal LCT HT Cendana 88 dilaporkan telah kedaluwarsa.

Beberapa mobil tangki lainnya bergabung di pagi hari sekitar pukul 07.30, menambah kecurigaan adanya aktivitas yang tidak sesuai dengan izin yang diberikan.

    Asal dan Tujuan Kapal Dipertanyakan

    Eko menyebutkan bahwa kapal LCT HT Cendana 88 berasal dari Samarinda dengan tujuan Kota Parepare, namun info yang di terima jurnalis Notifedia.com yaitu dari kalimantan tujuan ke Malili Kab. Luwu timur. Hal ini semakin memunculkan dugaan adanya rekayasa dalam perizinan untuk mempermudah proses sandar dan bongkar muatan.
