Parepare – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Parepare secara resmi menyerahkan hibah dua bangunan kepada Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Parepare dalam sebuah acara serah terima yang berlangsung di Ruang Satya, Kantor Kejari Parepare, pada Kamis (30/1/2025).
Hibah tersebut berupa satu unit mes dan satu unit rumah dinas dengan total nilai mencapai Rp2,3 miliar.
Serah terima ini dilakukan langsung oleh Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Parepare, Abdul Hayat, kepada Kepala Kejari Parepare, Abdillah. Acara ini turut dihadiri oleh sejumlah pejabat Pemkot Parepare, unsur Forkopimda, serta para pegawai Kejari Parepare.
Dalam sambutannya, Abdul Hayat menegaskan bahwa hibah ini merupakan wujud komitmen Pemkot Parepare dalam mendukung optimalisasi kinerja aparat penegak hukum di daerah.
“Pemerintah Kota Parepare selalu berupaya menciptakan sinergi dengan lembaga penegak hukum, termasuk Kejaksaan Negeri. Hibah ini kami berikan sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap peningkatan fasilitas dan sarana kerja bagi Kejari Parepare agar dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan lebih baik,” ujar Abdul Hayat.
Ia juga berharap bahwa dengan adanya fasilitas baru ini, Kejari Parepare bisa semakin maksimal dalam menjalankan fungsi penegakan hukum dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Sementara itu, Kepala Kejari Parepare, Abdillah, menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih atas hibah yang diberikan oleh Pemkot Parepare.
Menurutnya, keberadaan mes dan rumah dinas ini akan sangat membantu dalam menunjang kebutuhan tempat tinggal bagi para pegawai kejaksaan yang bertugas di Parepare.
“Kami sangat mengapresiasi dan berterima kasih kepada Pemkot Parepare atas hibah ini. Tentunya, fasilitas ini akan kami manfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya demi mendukung kinerja Kejaksaan dalam menegakkan hukum yang berkeadilan di kota ini,” kata Abdillah.
Ia juga menegaskan bahwa Kejari Parepare akan terus menjalin kerja sama yang baik dengan pemerintah daerah dalam berbagai aspek, terutama dalam mendukung pembangunan yang berbasis pada kepastian hukum.
Penyerahan hibah ini merupakan bagian dari upaya memperkuat sinergi antara pemerintah daerah dan lembaga hukum dalam menciptakan pemerintahan yang transparan dan akuntabel.
Selain itu, hibah ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi kelancaran tugas-tugas penegakan hukum di Parepare.
