Notifedia.com, PAREPARE – Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Parepare, Abdul Hayat Gani, menghadiri rapat paripurna pengumuman penetapan calon Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota terpilih tahun 2024 yang digelar oleh DPRD Kota Parepare, Jumat, 7 Februari 2025.
Rapat paripurna berlangsung di Ruang Sidang Paripurna DPRD Kota Parepare dan dihadiri langsung oleh pasangan terpilih, Tasming Hamid dan Hermanto (TSM-MO), yang akan memimpin Parepare untuk periode 2025–2030.
Turut hadir dalam rapat tersebut Ketua KPU Kota Parepare Muh Awal Yanto bersama empat komisioner lainnya, jajaran Bawaslu, unsur Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda), serta sejumlah tokoh masyarakat.
Dalam sambutannya, Abdul Hayat Gani menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada pasangan Tasming-Hermanto atas penetapannya sebagai Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Parepare terpilih. Ia berharap keduanya dapat mengemban amanah masyarakat dengan penuh tanggung jawab.
“Semoga diberi kemudahan, kelancaran, dan kesuksesan dalam memimpin Kota Parepare. Untuk itu, kami berharap agar bisa mengemban amanat selama lima tahun ke depan,” ujar Abdul Hayat.
Lebih lanjut, ia juga mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk mendukung penuh program pemerintahan yang akan dijalankan oleh Tasming-Hermanto demi mewujudkan Parepare yang lebih baik, maju, dan sejahtera.
Tak lupa, Abdul Hayat menyampaikan apresiasi kepada semua pihak yang telah menyukseskan penyelenggaraan Pilkada serentak di Kota Parepare.
“Ucapan terima kasih atas penetapan pasangan calon terpilih oleh KPU Kota Parepare, dan atas terselenggaranya Pilkada yang berjalan lancar, aman, dan damai. Terima kasih kepada KPU, Bawaslu, Forkopimda, serta seluruh pihak yang telah bekerja keras demi suksesnya pesta demokrasi ini,” tandasnya.
