Notifedia.com, Sidrap – Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang (Sidrap) menyatakan dukungannya terhadap upaya reintegrasi sosial bagi klien Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas). Komitmen tersebut mengemuka dalam pertemuan antara Wakil Bupati Sidrap, Nurkanaah, dan jajaran Bapas Kelas II Bone di Kantor Bupati Sidrap, Selasa (5/8/2025).
Pertemuan membahas peluang kerja sama lanjutan antara kedua pihak, antara lain pelatihan keterampilan, pendampingan psikososial, serta program pemberdayaan ekonomi khususnya bagi klien Bapas Bone asal Kabupaten Sidrap.
Wabup Nurkanaah menyambut baik inisiatif tersebut dan menegaskan kesiapan Pemkab Sidrap untuk bersinergi dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan mendukung proses pembinaan warga binaan.
“Kami siap bekerja sama agar mereka yang sedang menjalani pembinaan maupun yang telah kembali ke masyarakat bisa lebih mudah beradaptasi dan berkontribusi secara positif,” ujar Nurkanaah.
Sementara itu, Kepala Bapas Kelas II Bone, Nurmia, menjelaskan maksud kunjungan pihaknya sebagai bagian dari upaya membangun sinergi dengan pemerintah daerah.
“Kami menjalin koordinasi agar pembinaan dan reintegrasi sosial berjalan lebih efektif, khususnya di wilayah Sidrap. Peran aktif pemerintah daerah sangat kami harapkan,” jelas Nurmia.
Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut, Kepala Badan Kesbangpol Sidrap, Muhammad Arsul, Kabag Kerja Sama Setda Sidrap, Andi Besse, serta Kepala Bidang Pemberdayaan Sosial Dinsos Sidrap, Andi Warda.
