Notifedia.com, Parepare — Sekretaris KNPI Kota Parepare, Andi Haswan Saddade, menegaskan bahwa pelaksanaan Musyawarah Daerah (MUSDA) bukanlah ajang mencari siapa yang pro atau kontra terhadap pemerintah, melainkan momentum bagi seluruh elemen pemuda untuk menjawab sejauh mana KNPI mampu mengaspirasi masyarakat.
Dalam keterangannya, Andi Haswan menekankan bahwa esensi dari KNPI adalah menjadi wadah persatuan pemuda, bukan arena pertentangan politik. Selasa, (7/10/25).
“MUSDA ini bukan soal kubu mana yang dekat atau berseberangan dengan pemerintah. Yang lebih penting adalah bagaimana KNPI bisa menjadi jembatan aspirasi masyarakat, terutama generasi muda yang hari ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan sosial, ekonomi, dan teknologi,” ujar Andi Haswan.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa semangat kepemudaan harus tetap dijaga sebagai energi moral dalam memperjuangkan kepentingan publik. KNPI, kata dia, perlu tampil lebih progresif dan responsif terhadap isu-isu yang dihadapi masyarakat, seperti pengangguran, pendidikan, lingkungan, hingga transformasi digital di daerah.
“Pemuda tidak boleh berhenti di tataran wacana. Kita harus hadir di tengah masyarakat, menjadi bagian dari solusi, bukan sekadar simbol organisasi,” tegasnya.
Andiz sapaan akrabnya juga mengingatkan bahwa dinamika internal KNPI hendaknya tidak menjauhkan organisasi dari misi utamanya, yaitu membangun kesadaran kolektif pemuda untuk bergerak bersama dalam bingkai persatuan.
“Perbedaan pandangan itu wajar, tetapi jangan sampai mengaburkan tujuan besar kita. KNPI harus tetap menjadi rumah bersama bagi semua pemuda Parepare, tanpa sekat politik, ideologi, atau golongan,” katanya.
Menurutnya, hasil dari MUSDA kali ini tidak semata ditentukan oleh siapa yang terpilih, melainkan oleh sejauh mana KNPI ke depan mampu menghadirkan gagasan nyata yang menyentuh kebutuhan masyarakat.
“Kepemimpinan yang lahir dari MUSDA ini diharapkan membawa arah baru — lebih inklusif, lebih berpihak pada rakyat, dan lebih kuat dalam menyuarakan aspirasi masyarakat,” tutup Andiz
Dengan semangat tersebut, KNPI Parepare diharapkan mampu menjadi ruang kolaborasi produktif antara pemuda, masyarakat, dan pemerintah, untuk membangun masa depan daerah yang lebih berdaya dan berkarakter.
