Notifedia.com, PAREPARE -Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, melontarkan teguran keras kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang tidak hadir dalam upacara Hari Kesadaran Nasional (HKN) di Lapangan Upacara Kota Parepare, Senin (19/05/2025).
Dalam amanatnya, Tasming menyoroti rendahnya tingkat kehadiran ASN pada kegiatan yang digelar rutin setiap bulan itu. Ia menilai ketidakhadiran sejumlah ASN mencerminkan lemahnya komitmen dan kedisiplinan sebagai abdi negara.
“Upacara ini hanya sekali sebulan. Tapi kenapa banyak ASN tidak hadir? Saya perintahkan Pak Sekda buatkan surat teguran. Ini menyangkut komitmen kita,” tegas Tasming.
Ia menekankan bahwa ketidakhadiran tanpa alasan akan dikenakan sanksi. “Saya berharap ini tidak boleh terulang. Yang tidak hadir, akan ada sanksi. Minimal teguran. Ini soal kedisiplinan,” lanjutnya.
Selain menyoroti absensi ASN, Tasming juga menegaskan hasil rapat efisiensi anggaran yang telah disepakati bersama seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). Ia menolak segala bentuk alasan yang bertentangan dengan kesepakatan tersebut.
“Saya tidak mau lagi dengar ada alasan. Kita sudah sepakat. Termasuk soal pembayaran honor, tidak ada lagi sistem triwulan. Semua honor wajib dibayar tiap bulan,” tegasnya.
Ia juga meminta seluruh kepala OPD berkomitmen penuh terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan itu. “Saya tidak mau dengar ada honor lambat dibayar. Kasihan mereka sudah bekerja, masa tiga bulan baru dibayar. Ini soal komitmen dan kesehatan birokrasi,” ujarnya.
Di akhir arahannya, Tasming menyampaikan dorongan terhadap program peningkatan literasi Al-Qur’an bagi ASN Muslim di lingkungan Pemkot Parepare. Ia meminta agar kebijakan ini dijalankan dengan penuh improvisasi dan konsistensi.
“Kita ingin program ini menjadi kebiasaan yang baik. Kita harus jadi contoh untuk masyarakat Parepare. Termasuk juga dalam memakmurkan masjid,” pungkasnya.
