Notifedia.com, Parepare — Anggota Komisi II DPRD Kota Parepare, Sappe, melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) di dua sekolah, masing–masing SD Negeri 3 dan SMP Negeri 1 Parepare, guna menindaklanjuti polemik yang berkembang terkait pengerjaan proyek rehabilitasi WC sekolah yang dinilai tidak sesuai spesifikasi dan patut dipertanyakan dari sisi anggaran.
Sappe turun langsung meninjau pekerjaan fisik di lokasi dan mendapati sejumlah kejanggalan. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa pemasangan keramik hanya dilakukan pada bagian lantai, sementara dinding toilet tidak menggunakan keramik sebagaimana lazimnya standar bangunan sanitasi sekolah.
“Maka dia memakai keramik itu hanya lantainya, jadi dindingnya itu tidak berkeramik. Kemudian kalau 4 WC di dalam itu semua memakai kloset, tapi pembuangannya ini tidak sesuai dengan spek,” ujar Sappe saat meninjau lokasi.
Menurutnya, ukuran bak penampungan pembuangan juga tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan teknis jika harus menampung empat kloset sekaligus.
“Ukuran pembuangannya ini saya lihat hanya kedalaman 170 cm, kemudian lebar bagian atas sekitar 1 x 1,5 meter, dan lebarnya 1 meter. Ini tidak ideal untuk menampung empat kloset,” tegasnya.
Sappe menambahkan bahwa total WC yang dibangun di beberapa titik sekolah mencapai sekitar 21 unit, dengan nilai anggaran yang disebutkan berbeda-beda. Ia juga menyebut bahwa pengerjaan harus di stopkan dulu.
“Tidak lanjut. Kami minta penjelasan dulu kenapa bisa seperti ini. Karena di dalamnya itu hanya pengecetan nantinya. Jadi setelah ini kami akan rapat bersama teman-teman, kemudian melakukan pemanggilan. Kita melihat apakah ini sesuai dengan anggarannya,” kata Sappe.
Ia menilai pekerjaan fisik yang ditampilkan tidak sebanding dengan nilai anggaran Rp166.500.000 yang dilekatkan pada proyek tersebut.
“Dengan anggaran Rp166.500.000, dengan spesifikasi bangunan seperti ini, saya rasa tidak masuk akal,” tegasnya.
Komisi II DPRD Parepare berencana memanggil pihak terkait, termasuk pelaksana proyek dan dinas teknis, untuk meminta penjelasan resmi serta memastikan adanya transparansi anggaran.
Sidak ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan dalam pengerjaan proyek fisik yang bersumber dari anggaran daerah.
