Notifedia.com, Makassar — Dewan Pengurus Daerah (DPD) Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (KNPI) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan resmi menunjuk Pelaksana Tugas (PLt) untuk Dewan Pengurus Daerah KNPI Kota Parepare.
Penunjukan ini tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor: KEP.211/KNPI-SS/X/2025 yang ditetapkan di Makassar pada 11 Oktober 2025.
Keputusan tersebut menugaskan Imran Yusuf sebagai Ketua PLt DPD KNPI Kota Parepare, didampingi Muh. Haedar Hasan sebagai Sekretaris, bersama tujuh anggota lainnya yang berasal dari unsur pemuda dan organisasi kepemudaan di Kota Parepare.
Langkah ini diambil DPD KNPI Sulsel setelah melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap pelaksanaan Rapat Pimpinan Daerah (Rapimda) dan Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) XVI KNPI Kota Parepare Tahun 2025.
Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran prosedural, di antaranya skorsing sidang tanpa koordinasi dan tanpa mandat dari DPD KNPI Sulsel. Tindakan tersebut dianggap bertentangan dengan AD/ART serta Pedoman Organisasi KNPI.
Dalam salinan keputusan disebutkan, “Untuk menjamin berjalannya mekanisme organisasi secara konstitusional dan menjaga marwah kelembagaan KNPI, perlu diambil langkah penataan melalui penunjukan Pelaksana Tugas (PLt).”
Penetapan PLt didasarkan pada beberapa ketentuan dalam Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga KNPI hasil Kongres XVI di Ternate (2022), terutama:
Pasal 20 ART, yang memberi kewenangan DPD KNPI Provinsi untuk mengambil alih kepengurusan sementara jika terjadi pelanggaran organisasi.
Pasal 12 ayat (2) dan Pasal 33 ayat (2) AD, mengenai hubungan hierarkis antara DPD Provinsi dan DPD Kabupaten/Kota.
Pasal 35 ayat (1) ART, tentang fungsi pengawasan oleh Majelis Pemuda Indonesia (MPI).
Selain itu, keputusan ini juga memperhatikan hasil konsolidasi internal antara DPD KNPI Sulsel dan MPI Sulsel, serta laporan resmi penyelenggaraan Musda KNPI Parepare tertanggal 6 Oktober 2025.
Berdasarkan lampiran keputusan tersebut, berikut susunan PLt DPD KNPI Kota Parepare:

Sekretaris: Muh. Haedar Hasan
Anggota: Bahrum, Agung Nugraha, Muh. Zulkarnaim Farid, Tenri Wara, Muh. Ishak Iham, Hendro Kiswanto, dan Agung.
PLt DPD KNPI Parepare diberikan mandat penuh untuk melanjutkan dan menyelesaikan seluruh tahapan Musyawarah Daerah XVI hingga terpilihnya ketua definitif yang sah sesuai ketentuan AD/ART.
Dalam pelaksanaan tugas, PLt diwajibkan berkoordinasi langsung dengan DPD KNPI Sulsel dan MPI Sulsel. Segala keputusan atau tindakan organisasi di luar mandat provinsi dinyatakan tidak sah dan tidak mengikat secara organisatoris.
Menanggapi penunjukan dirinya sebagai Ketua PLt, Imran Yusuf menyatakan kesiapannya untuk menuntaskan seluruh tahapan Musda secara terbuka dan konstitusional. Selasa, (14/10/25).
“Kami menerima amanah ini dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Tugas utama PLt adalah menegakkan kembali tertib organisasi, memulihkan marwah KNPI Parepare, dan memastikan Musda berjalan sesuai AD/ART. Tidak ada kepentingan pribadi, yang kami jalankan murni untuk menjaga kehormatan organisasi pemuda,” ujar Imran Yusuf.
Ia juga menegaskan bahwa langkah DPD KNPI Sulsel bukan bentuk intervensi, melainkan restorasi organisasi untuk memastikan kepemimpinan KNPI Parepare kembali berjalan sesuai aturan.
“DPD KNPI Sulsel hadir untuk meluruskan, bukan mengambil alih. Kami membuka ruang komunikasi dengan seluruh elemen OKP di Parepare agar proses Musda berjalan demokratis, inklusif, dan menghasilkan kepemimpinan yang legitimate,” tambahnya.
DPD KNPI Sulsel menegaskan, penunjukan PLt ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen penegakan konstitusi dan pembenahan kelembagaan di tubuh KNPI.
Langkah tersebut juga diharapkan dapat mengakhiri polemik yang sempat mencuat dalam proses Musda XVI KNPI Parepare.
“Prinsip restorasi organisasi menjadi dasar menjaga kehormatan dan kesinambungan kelembagaan KNPI. Semua pihak diharap menempatkan kepentingan organisasi di atas kepentingan pribadi maupun kelompok,” tulis DPD KNPI Sulsel dalam surat keputusannya.
Dengan ditetapkannya SK ini, seluruh keputusan dan kebijakan DPD KNPI Parepare sebelumnya yang dikeluarkan berdasarkan SK Nomor KEP.092/KNPI-SS/VI/2021 dinyatakan tidak berlaku lagi. PLt akan menjalankan tugas hingga terpilihnya ketua definitif melalui Musda yang sah.
