    Notifedia.com, Pinrang – Perseteruan panjang soal kepemilikan lahan yang telah berlangsung lebih dari dua dekade kini kembali mencuat ke permukaan.

    Ormas Barisan Pemuda Pembela Rakyat (Badak) yang di kuasakan dari ahli waris pemilik lahan, Haji Halim dan Alpis, mendatangi lokasi lahan yang disengketakan untuk memasang papan bicara sebagai bentuk penegasan terhadap keputusan eksekusi pengadilan yang telah ditetapkan sejak tahun 2002.

    Kedatangan rombongan yang dipimpin oleh Andi Mois, perwakilan Ormas Badak sekaligus kuasa dari ahli waris, bukan tanpa alasan.

    Menurutnya, tindakan tersebut dilakukan karena adanya upaya sejumlah pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab untuk merebut lahan dengan cara melakukan aktivitas penimbunan secara ilegal.

    “Kita datang ke sini bukan untuk membuat masalah. Kita hanya ingin menegakkan hukum. Ini adalah tindak lanjut dari keputusan eksekusi pengadilan yang sudah keluar sejak tahun 2002. Tapi sampai hari ini masih ada saja pihak-pihak yang mencoba mengklaim dan bahkan menimbun lahan ini,” ujar Andi kepada sejumlah awak media di lokasi.

    Mois menyebutkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan pihaknya sepenuhnya sah dan berdasar hukum. Papan bicara yang mereka pasang di atas lahan tersebut bertuliskan informasi putusan pengadilan serta penegasan bahwa tanah itu telah menjadi hak sah Haji Halim dan Alpis.

    Namun, langkah ini bukan tanpa hambatan. Menurut Andi, ada tekanan dari pihak luar yang memiliki pengaruh politik cukup kuat.

    “Ada seorang pejabat yang dulu pernah menjabat di Kota Parepare dan sekarang duduk di DPR RI. Dia bersama koleganya mencoba masuk dan mengklaim lahan ini. Padahal keputusan hukum sudah jelas. Kami bingung, kenapa yang seharusnya paham hukum justru mencoba melawan hukum,” ungkapnya dengan nada kecewa.

    Persoalan ini menjadi semakin kompleks karena selain menyangkut hak atas tanah, juga menyangkut nasib puluhan kepala keluarga yang telah lama menggantungkan harapan mereka kepada penyelesaian konflik ini.

    Andi mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat sedikitnya 22 kepala keluarga yang terdampak langsung dari konflik berkepanjangan ini.

    “Ada yang sudah meninggal karena tekanan pikiran. Ada yang setiap hari lewat lokasi ini tapi tidak bisa menikmati haknya. Ini lahan mereka, tapi mereka dipaksa untuk menunggu dan menderita. Negara sudah memberikan hak mereka lewat pengadilan, tapi kenapa belum bisa mereka nikmati?” kata Andi.

    Menurutnya, kehadiran pihak-pihak yang mencoba mengintervensi perkara ini, terutama dari kalangan elit, semakin memperburuk keadaan.

    Padahal, keputusan eksekusi pengadilan merupakan produk hukum yang final dan mengikat, serta seharusnya dihormati oleh semua pihak.

    “Saya bahkan sudah kirim surat pribadi kepada pejabat itu. Saya sebut sebagai surat cinta, karena isinya bukan ancaman, tapi permintaan agar dia mundur dari perkara ini. Agar dia sadar bahwa ini bukan soal politik, tapi soal keadilan rakyat kecil,” ujarnya.

    Tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Ormas Badak hari ini, menurut Andi, bersifat simbolik namun penting sebagai bentuk penegasan bahwa mereka tidak akan tinggal diam menghadapi upaya perampasan hak oleh pihak lain. Ia berharap langkah ini menjadi perhatian pemerintah pusat, terutama Presiden Republik Indonesia.

    “Kami tidak ingin terjadi kekerasan. Kami hanya ingin menyampaikan pesan, bahwa hukum harus ditegakkan. Kami percaya, Bapak Presiden akan peduli terhadap kasus seperti ini. Kami yakin beliau akan turun tangan jika mendengar jeritan rakyat kecil seperti kami,” ujar Andi.

    Kasus ini menjadi sorotan karena mencerminkan bagaimana hukum terkadang masih sulit ditegakkan secara utuh, terutama ketika berhadapan dengan kekuatan politik atau kepentingan pihak tertentu.

    Meski sudah ada putusan hukum yang bersifat tetap, praktik-praktik di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi keadilan masih menghadapi tantangan besar.

    Dalam kasus ini, masyarakat dan ahli waris pemilik lahan mendambakan lebih dari sekadar pengakuan hukum, mereka mendambakan pelaksanaan keadilan yang nyata.
