    Menakar Inovasi dari Lereng Batu: Parepare Belajar Layanan Publik Modern

    Notifedia.com, Batu – Dalam udara sejuk pegunungan dan suasana asri Kota Batu, Wali Kota Parepare Tasming Hamid menjejakkan kaki di halaman Mall Pelayanan Publik DPMPTSP. Ia tidak hanya datang sebagai pemimpin daerah, tapi juga sebagai pembelajar yang ingin membawa perubahan untuk masyarakatnya di Sulawesi Selatan.

    Kunjungan kerja Pemerintah Kota Parepare ke Provinsi Jawa Timur, khususnya ke Kota Batu pada 6 Mei 2025, bukan sekadar formalitas antar pemerintah daerah. Bagi Tasming Hamid, ini adalah momentum penting dalam merancang ulang wajah pelayanan publik di kotanya.

    Bersama Wakil Wali Kota Hermanto dan jajaran, ia meninjau langsung sistem pelayanan yang dijalankan Kota Batu sebuah kota yang dikenal tak hanya dengan apel dan wisatanya, tapi juga inovasinya dalam pelayanan masyarakat.

    Di kantor Mall Pelayanan Publik milik Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Batu, rombongan Parepare disambut hangat oleh Sekretaris Daerah Zadin Efisiensi. Suasana pertemuan pun berlangsung cair, penuh tukar gagasan dan inspirasi.

    “Saya ingin melihat langsung bagaimana Kota Batu membangun sistem pelayanan yang tidak hanya efisien, tapi juga ramah dan terintegrasi. Kami di Parepare sedang berbenah, dan belajar dari kota-kota yang sudah lebih maju adalah keharusan,” ujar Tasming dengan mata yang penuh antusias.

    Bukan tanpa alasan. Kota Batu memang menjadi rujukan nasional dalam hal tata kelola pelayanan publik berbasis digital dan humanis. Dari sistem antrean digital hingga pelayanan satu pintu yang menyatukan berbagai kebutuhan warga dalam satu tempat, banyak hal yang ingin diserap oleh Parepare.

    Tasming berharap kunjungan ini menjadi awal dari kerja sama yang lebih erat antara dua kota yang sama-sama sedang membangun jati dirinya. Ia ingin Parepare bisa menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang modern, responsif, dan mudah diakses oleh semua lapisan masyarakat.

    “Pelayanan publik adalah wajah pemerintah di mata rakyat. Kami ingin wajah itu tersenyum, bukan menyulitkan,” tuturnya sambil meninjau salah satu bilik layanan di Mall tersebut.

    Kunjungan itu ditutup dengan saling tukar cinderamata dan komitmen untuk melanjutkan dialog antar daerah. Dari Batu yang sejuk, Parepare pulang membawa semangat baru: membangun dengan belajar, melayani dengan hati.
