Jeneponto – Seorang pelajar berinisial JY(17), asal Kabupaten Jeneponto, Sulawesi Selatan, diduga menjadi korban penganiayaan oleh sejumlah oknum anggota kepolisian dari Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polres Jeneponto. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi setelah penggerebekan di Kecamatan Bangkala, Jeneponto, pada Senin(6/1/2025).
Akibat penganiayaan itu, JY mengalami luka di bagian leher dan wajah. la mengaku dianiaya oleh dua dari enam anggota polisi yang berada di lokasi saat penggerebekan berlangsung.
“Saya tidak tahu apa salah saya, tapi saya disiksa oleh dua oknum polisi. Saya diinjak di punggung, leher, dan muka. Mereka juga menyuruh saya tiarap ke tanah lalu menyeret saya,” kata JY saat ditemui pada Sabtu (11/1/2025)
JY mengungkapkan bahwa ia mengenal dua pelaku yang diduga melakukan kekerasan terhadapnya, yaitu oknum polisi bernama Reski dan Yunus. Namun, ia tidak mengetahui identitas anggota lainnya
Korban merasa kaget dengan penggerebekan tersebut, karena ia mengaku tidak tahu-menahu tentang perkara yang tengah diselidiki oleh pihak kepolisian. Bahkan, ia dipaksa untuk mengaku terlibat dalam kasus yang sedang diusut.
“Setelah mereka tahu saya bukan target,saya bilang jangan begitu pak, jangan main aniaya. Saya dan sepupu saya ikut jadi korban salah tangkap,” ujarnya.
Setelah menyadari kesalahan mereka, JY mengaku para oknum polisi sempat meminta maaf dan menyuruhnya untuk tidak melaporkan kejadian itu.
“Jangan bilang sama orang tuamu atau orang lain, saya minta maaf na, balikmi pulang ke rumahmu,” ucap salah satu polisi seperti ditirukan JY. Hingga kini, JY mengaku masih mengalami trauma dan ketakutan atas insidentersebut.
la juga mengungkapkan bahwa dirinya tidak sempat melakukan visum karena mendapatkan ancaman dari para pelaku,”Saya takut melapor karena diancam polisi itu. Jadi, saya tidak visum setelah kejadian,tambahnya.
Saat dikonfirmasi melalui aplikasi WhatsApp, Kapolres Jeneponto belum memberikan tanggapan terkait kasus ini.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak PolresJeneponto juga belum memberikan pernyataan resmi,Kasus ini menuai perhatian publik, yang mendesak adanya penyelidikan menyeluruh dan pemberian sanksi tegas kepada pelaku jika terbukti bersalah.
Kejadian ini menambah daftar panjang kasus dugaan kekerasan yang melibatkan aparat kepolisian.
