Notifedia.com, Parepare – Setelah menetapkan Steering Committee (SC) dan Organizing Committee (OC) Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) XVI, Pelaksana Tugas (PLt) Dewan Pengurus Daerah Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (DPD KNPI) Kota Parepare melanjutkan langkah konsolidasi organisasi dengan menerbitkan Surat Keputusan (SK) penunjukan Pelaksana Tugas (PLt) Dewan Pengurus Kecamatan (DPK) di empat kecamatan se-Kota Parepare.
Penyerahan SK tersebut berlangsung di Sekretariat DPD KNPI Kota Parepare dan diterima langsung oleh para PLt Ketua DPK dari masing-masing kecamatan. Prosesi penyerahan dilakukan oleh PLt Sekretaris DPD KNPI Kota Parepare, Muh. Haedar Hasan, mewakili PLt Ketua DPD KNPI Parepare.
Dalam keterangan resminya, Muh. Haedar Hasan menjelaskan bahwa keputusan ini merupakan bagian dari langkah penataan organisasi demi memastikan pelaksanaan Musda XVI KNPI Parepare berjalan secara demokratis, konstitusional, dan sesuai dengan marwah organisasi pemuda.
“Penunjukan PLt DPK ini bertujuan menjaga keseimbangan peran antara OKP dan DPK di tingkat kota maupun kecamatan, sebagaimana diatur dalam keputusan DPD KNPI Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan,” jelas Haedar Hasan.
Adapun keputusan tersebut tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Pelaksana Tugas (PLt) DPD KNPI Kota Parepare Nomor: KEP.005/PLt.KNPI-Pare/X/2025 tentang Penunjukan Pelaksana Tugas (PLt) Dewan Pengurus Kecamatan Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia Kota Parepare.
Dalam surat keputusan tersebut, PLt DPD KNPI Parepare menegaskan bahwa langkah ini diambil menyusul adanya dominasi berlebihan DPK terhadap peran dan hak suara Organisasi Kemasyarakatan Pemuda (OKP) pada pelaksanaan Musda sebelumnya, yang dinilai bertentangan dengan prinsip keberhimpunan dan demokratisasi internal KNPI.
Surat keputusan ini juga mencabut kepengurusan DPK sebelumnya dan memberikan mandat kepada para PLt DPK untuk:
Melaksanakan konsolidasi organisasi KNPI di tingkat kecamatan;
Menyiapkan pelaksanaan Musyawarah Kecamatan (Muscam) yang konstitusional;
Melakukan koordinasi dan pelaporan langsung kepada PLt DPD KNPI Kota Parepare.
Berikut nama-nama PLt Ketua DPK KNPI di empat kecamatan Kota Parepare yang ditetapkan melalui SK tersebut:
Kecamatan Soreang: Muhammad Aras
Kecamatan Ujung: Saiful
Kecamatan Bacukiki: Miswar Ade Pratama
Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat: Muhammad Khadafi H., S.E.
Penunjukan keempat PLt DPK ini menjadi bagian penting dari tahapan konsolidasi organisasi menuju pelaksanaan Musda XVI KNPI Parepare yang diharapkan berlangsung lebih tertib, transparan, dan berlandaskan AD/ART KNPI.
“Kami ingin memastikan seluruh proses Musda KNPI Parepare berjalan dengan prinsip demokratis dan partisipatif. KNPI adalah rumah besar pemuda, bukan milik satu kelompok,” tegas Haedar Hasan.
Dengan keluarnya SK ini, DPD KNPI Parepare memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiatan dan keputusan organisasi di tingkat kecamatan hanya sah apabila dilakukan oleh PLt DPK yang telah ditetapkan.
Langkah ini juga diharapkan memperkuat soliditas dan kesinambungan kepemimpinan pemuda di Kota Parepare menjelang Musda XVI KNPI.
