Notifedia.com, Makassar – Aparat Kepolisian dari Sub Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Sulawesi Selatan berhasil membekuk tiga orang pemuda pelaku perampokan disertai penyekapan terhadap seorang pengemudi taksi online di Kota Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara.
Setelah melakukan aksinya, para pelaku melarikan diri ke Kota Makassar, sebelum akhirnya ditangkap oleh Tim Jatanras Unit Resmob Polda Sulsel, Senin malam (7/4/24).
Ketiga pelaku yang diamankan yakni Irsal (23), Epri Sini Sampe (25), dan Muhammad Ilham Salama (23). Ketiganya dibekuk saat berada di kawasan Lego-Lego, Pantai Losari, Makassar, setelah polisi berkoordinasi dengan Polresta Kendari.
Kejadian perampokan ini terjadi pada 27 Maret 2025 di Jalan Wayang, Kendari. Berdasarkan hasil interogasi, para pelaku memesan taksi online dari Jalan Laute Mandonga, Kendari. Saat tiba di lokasi tujuan, salah satu pelaku yang duduk di belakang langsung mencekik leher korban, menyekap, serta menganiaya sopir taksi online tersebut sambil melakban tangannya.
Dantim Unit I Resmob Polda Sulsel, Aiptu Arsyad Samosir menjelaskan bahwa ketiga pelaku memaksa korban untuk menyerahkan uang sebesar Rp20 juta. Namun, korban hanya sanggup memberikan Rp5 juta. Uang tersebut kemudian dikirimkan ke rekening pelaku melalui mesin ATM yang dituju dalam kondisi korban masih dalam tekanan.
“Setelah uang korban dikuras di ATM, ia diturunkan di tempat sepi, sementara para pelaku membawa kabur mobil milik korban menuju ke Kota Makassar,” ujar Aiptu Arsyad.
Polisi turut mengamankan barang bukti berupa satu unit mobil Daihatsu Sigra warna merah milik korban yang digunakan pelaku untuk melarikan diri.
Kini, ketiga pelaku dan barang bukti telah diamankan di Posko Resmob Polda Sulsel, dan rencananya akan diserahkan ke Polresta Kendari untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.
