Parepare – Maraknya perbincangan di media sosial terkait aturan penggunaan pakaian dinas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Parepare membuat sejumlah pegawai bingung.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Parepare memberikan klarifikasi terkait regulasi yang harus dipatuhi oleh ASN.
Kepala BKPSDM Kota Parepare, Adriani Idrus, menegaskan bahwa aturan penggunaan pakaian dinas ASN telah diatur secara jelas dalam Peraturan Wali Kota (Perwali) Parepare Nomor 16 Tahun 2024 tentang Pakaian Dinas ASN di Lingkup Pemerintah Daerah.
“Aturan ini berlaku bagi seluruh ASN, baik PNS maupun Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK), termasuk guru. Semua wajib patuh dan tunduk pada ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan,” ujar Adriani pada Sabtu, 4 Januari 2025.
Lebih lanjut, Adriani menjelaskan bahwa Perwali tersebut merujuk pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor 10 Tahun 2024, yang mengatur pakaian dinas ASN di lingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan pemerintah daerah.
Peraturan ini bertujuan untuk menyeragamkan penggunaan pakaian dinas ASN agar sesuai dengan norma dan etika dalam pelayanan publik.
BKPSDM Parepare mengimbau seluruh ASN untuk mengikuti aturan yang telah ditetapkan dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh informasi yang beredar di media sosial tanpa sumber resmi.
“Jika ada kebingungan, silakan mengacu pada regulasi resmi atau berkonsultasi langsung dengan instansi terkait,” pungkas Adriani.
Dengan adanya penegasan ini, diharapkan tidak ada lagi keraguan di kalangan ASN terkait pakaian dinas, sehingga pelayanan kepada masyarakat tetap berjalan dengan profesional dan tertib.
