    Aksi Panas KMPB Guncang DPRD Parepare: 11 Tuntutan Nasional, Adu Argumen Hingga Dorong-Dorongan Pecah

    Notifedia.com, Parepare — Suasana memanas terjadi di halaman Kantor DPRD Kota Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan, saat Komunitas Masyarakat Peduli Bangsa (KMPB) melakukan aksi unjuk rasa menuntut pembenahan arah kepemimpinan nasional.

    Aksi ini dikoordinatori oleh Muchlis dan didampingi orator utama Muhtasim serta Rahman Saleh, yang menyuarakan 11 tuntutan keras kepada pemerintah, dengan nada kritis yang mengarah langsung pada pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo dan dukungan terhadap Presiden terpilih Prabowo Subianto.

    Massa aksi diterima oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Parepare Yusuf Lapanna bersama sejumlah anggota dewan lainnya: Sappe, Indriasari Husni, Jusfari Genda, dan Amran Hamdani. Namun, bukannya dialog tenang yang tercipta, suasana malah memuncak setelah terjadi adu argumen sengit.

    Dalam orasinya, KMPB menyebut aksi mereka sebagai bentuk keprihatinan moral terhadap “penyimpangan sistematis” selama dua periode pemerintahan Jokowi.

    Mereka mengacu pada laporan investigasi Majalah Tempo yang merinci 18 poin pelanggaran dan kegagalan negara, mulai dari revisi UU KPK, pelanggaran HAM, pembungkaman pers, hingga politik dinasti.

    Muchlis menegaskan, “Kami datang dengan suara rakyat, bukan hanya untuk Parepare, tapi untuk Indonesia! Demokrasi tidak boleh dikubur hidup-hidup!”

    Ketegangan memuncak ketika anggota DPRD, Sappe, mempertanyakan relevansi isu nasional dalam unjuk rasa tersebut.  Bukannya mendukung penuh tuntutan massa, ia justru menegaskan bahwa sebelum berbicara soal nasional, masyarakat juga harus buka mata terhadap bobroknya pengelolaan anggaran di Parepare sendiri.

    “Jangan hanya tuding Jakarta! Di kota kita ini ada pemotongan dan pergeseran anggaran sepihak oleh pemerintah daerah. Itu pelanggaran! Dalam APBD yang sudah ditetapkan, ada pemangkasan tanpa keterlibatan kami di DPRD. Itu manipulasi!” ucap Sappe, dengan nada tinggi, membakar emosi di kedua sisi.
    Ia bahkan menyebut kemungkinan praktik

    “penggiringan anggaran” yang dikumpulkan di satu titik untuk tujuan tidak jelas.

    “Bayangkan semua SKPD dipotong dan ditumpuk entah ke mana. Sampai hari ini DPRD belum tahu berapa besar total pemotongan yang sudah dilakukan. Kalau ini terus dibiarkan, daerah kita bisa kacau balau.!” serunya keras, membuat barisan massa berteriak bersahutan.

    Tak hanya itu, Sappe juga menyentil pelaksanaan event-event besar yang kerap mendapat izin rutin dari pemerintah daerah dengan dalih mendukung UMKM.

    “Event-event itu tiap bulan muncul. Tapi siapa yang diuntungkan? Pedagang kecil kita di Pasar Sumpang, di Senggol, di pinggir jalan? Atau panitia yang menarik uang sewa sampai berjuta-juta? Ini bukan memberdayakan rakyat, tapi menindas mereka secara halus!” teriaknya, mengecam tajam praktik yang dinilai menunggangi ekonomi rakyat demi kepentingan elite.

    Pernyataan itu langsung disambar oleh orator Rahman Saleh, yang menganggap pernyataan Sappe sebagai bentuk pembungkaman aspirasi. “Apakah kita hanya boleh bicara jika itu tentang isu lokal? teriaknya.

    Kontroversi ini bahkan memicu aksi dorong-dorongan antar Rahman Saleh dan Sappe pengunjuk rasa dan anggota DPRD.

    KMPB menuntut 11 langkah konkret sebagai upaya penyelamatan bangsa, termasuk:
    • Evaluasi total terhadap kebijakan pemerintahan sebelumnya,
    • Reformasi kelembagaan hukum dan pendidikan,
    • Penuntasan kasus HAM dan korupsi besar,
    • Penolakan proyek IKN dan PSN yang dinilai tidak pro rakyat,
    • Reposisi politik dinasti dan intervensi kekuasaan,
    • Penghentian proyek-proyek yang merusak lingkungan,
    • Reformasi pertambangan sesuai amanat konstitusi,
    • Revisi menyeluruh struktur kabinet yang terindikasi korup,
    • Mengkaji ulang pengangkatan Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka,
    • Penanganan dugaan pemalsuan ijazah Presiden Jokowi secara tuntas,
    • Dukungan terhadap seruan moral para Purnawirawan TNI dan Panglima TNI.

    Dengan menggema, KMPB menyerukan agar semua elemen bangsa dari akademisi, mahasiswa, hingga tokoh masyarakat bangkit melawan ketidakadilan.

    “Rakyat tidak boleh terus tertipu. Kebenaran tidak boleh kalah oleh kuasa,” ujar Muhtasim.

    Meski sempat panas, aksi akhirnya mereda setelah Yusuf Lapanna berjanji akan menyampaikan aspirasi ini ke DPR RI dan lembaga negara terkait.

    Namun satu hal jelas: Parepare hari ini tak lagi diam. Suara kritis sudah menggelegar, dan api gerakan sipil mulai membakar nyali untuk perubahan.
