    Nama Armayani bukanlah nama baru dalam dunia inovasi pelayanan kesehatan. khususnya pada kesehatan tradisional Ia sebelumnya telah mencatatkan prestasi membanggakan sebagai Juara II Inovasi Daerah Tahun 2021 melalui karya “Semut Merah” (Sehat Murah Terampil Meramu Rempah), serta dinobatkan sebagai Tenaga Kesehatan Teladan juara I Tingkat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam kategori kefarmasian pada tahun 2022.

    Kini, dengan semangat baru, Armayani memperkenalkan Masiddi Gau’, sebuah program berbasis edukasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengatasi gangguan kesehatan ringan melalui teknik akupresur. Masiddi Gau’, yang dalam bahasa Bugis berarti “bersatu dalam perbuatan”, tidak hanya menitikberatkan pada aspek medis, tetapi juga menyentuh nilai-nilai budaya lokal dan kemandirian masyarakat.

    “Inovasi ini sebenarnya sudah lama saya terapkan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan dan edukasi masyarakat. Tapi baru tahun ini saya siapkan untuk dibawa ke ajang lomba resmi,” ujar Armayani, narasumber utama dalam berita ini.

    Masiddi Gau’ bertujuan untuk:
    Meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang akupresur sebagai alternatif pengobatan ringan,

    Menekan penggunaan obat-obatan kimia secara berlebihan,

    Mendorong kemandirian masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan sehari-hari,

    Meningkatkan peran serta kelompok binaan dalam kegiatan kesehatan promotif dan preventif.

    Dalam pelaksanaannya, kelompok-kelompok masyarakat diberikan edukasi praktis tentang titik-titik akupresur dasar yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri, melancarkan peredaran darah, meningkatkan kebugaran, serta mengurangi stres. Edukasi dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop interaktif, demonstrasi langsung, serta modul visual yang mudah dipahami oleh berbagai kalangan.

    “Masyarakat perlu tahu bahwa tidak semua keluhan harus langsung minum obat. Banyak masalah kesehatan ringan bisa ditangani dengan teknik alami seperti akupresur, asalkan mereka paham caranya,” tambah Armayani.

    Saat ini, inovasi Masiddi Gau’ telah masuk dalam tahapan Laboratorium Inovasi, yaitu proses pematangan dan penyempurnaan program sebelum dipresentasikan ke tingkat penilaian lomba. Armayani menjadi satu-satunya wakil dari Puskesmas Lapadde yang mengikuti ajang prestisius ini di tahun 2025.
