Notifedia.com, Parepare – Cabang Olahraga (Cabor) balap motor terus mengenjot latihan demi mengejar prestasi di ajang Pra Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (Pra Porprov) Sulawesi Selatan, yang akan dihelat pada 5 hingga 7 September 2025 di Kabupaten Wajo.
Dalam Surat Keputusan Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) Sulawesi Selatan Nomor 001/IMI-Sul-Sel/SK-OR/E/VIII/2025, dua atlet Cabor balap motor Parepare telah didaftarkan, mereka Muh Rasyah Amiruddin (17) dan Muh Lutfi Athaillah Bulqiah (20).
Keduanya atlet muda ini kini menjalani persiapan yang matang.
Saat ini, mereka fokus menjalani latihan fisik, setelah sebelumnya mengikuti latihan mental dan keterampilan di Taman Mattirotasi, beberapa pekan terakhir. Dalam pembinaan dan pelatihan atlet muda ini melibatkan para pembalap profesional dan berprestasi seperti, Anies KS dan Junaedi T.
“Kemampuan fisik prima merupakan modal penting dimiliki seorang pembalap untuk meraih hasil terbaik. Tidak hanya mental dan keterampilan, tapi latihan fisik para atlet terus kita tingkatkan,” kata Sekretaris Zakir Racing Tim, Ricky Kadafi, saat ditemui disela-sela melatih fisik atlet, Minggu (24/8/2025) sore.
Ricky mengungkapkan, porsi latihan fisik diberikan kepada atlet seperti jogging 3 sampai 4 kali dalam sepekan. Selain itu berlatih push-up dan sit-up. Dia mengaku, cukup terbantu dengan latihan fisik yang diinstruksikan tim pelatih, sebab menurut jogging bagus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pernafasan, sementara push-up untuk memperkuat kekuatan tangan.
“Untuk latihan jogging para atlet menempuh jarak 6 kilometer, start dari Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin-Jalan Mattirotasi dan finish di Lapangan Andi Makkasau. Kami ucapkan terima kasih kepada Anies yang selalu setia menyempatkan waktunya dalam membina atlet muda kita. Kami berharap kepada atlet untuk fokus setiap latihan diberikan oleh pelatih,” tuturnya.
Terpisah, Manager Zakir Racing Tim, Syafruddin Sjam setelah memantau latihan berharap agar kedua atlet muda Parepare ini dapat terus meningkatkan latihan sehingga dapat meraih prestasi dan membawa harum nama Parepare di ajang Pra Porprov ini
