Notifedia.com, PAREPARE – Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, resmi menandatangani dokumen Rancangan Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2024.
Penandatanganan ini dilakukan dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Parepare dengan agenda persetujuan bersama antara DPRD dan Pemerintah Kota Parepare, yang digelar pada Senin (21/7/2025).
Rapat Paripurna tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Parepare, Ir. Kaharuddin Kadir, dan dihadiri oleh dua Wakil Ketua DPRD, yakni Suyuti dan Yusuf Lapanna.
Turut hadir pula Pj Sekda Parepare Amarun Agung Hamka, para Anggota DPRD, para staf ahli, asisten, kepala SKPD, Direktur PAM Tirta Karajae, kepala bagian, camat hingga lurah se-Kota Parepare.
Dalam sambutannya, Wali Kota Tasming Hamid mengungkapkan rasa syukur dan apresiasinya atas kehadiran seluruh unsur pimpinan dan anggota dewan dalam paripurna penting tersebut.
Ia menilai rapat ini sebagai momen strategis yang menandai penyelesaian proses pembahasan Rancangan Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2024 yang telah melalui berbagai tahapan.
“Saya sangat memahami bahwa dari beberapa tahapan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, tentu cukup melelahkan. Selanjutnya, dengan adanya kesepakatan atau persetujuan ini, menggambarkan pentingnya menyamakan persepsi tentang pelaksanaan pemerintahan dan pembangunan. Tentu kami dari pihak eksekutif sangat mengapresiasi,” kata Tasming Hamid.
Mantan legislator dua periode itu menegaskan bahwa persetujuan bersama ini merupakan hasil terbaik dan akan menjadi salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab bersama untuk masyarakat Kota Parepare.
Tasming juga mengakui adanya sejumlah catatan atau permasalahan yang terungkap selama penyusunan Ranperda ini, sebagaimana disampaikan oleh fraksi-fraksi di DPRD.
Namun, menurut Tasming Hamid, hal tersebut merupakan dinamika wajar dalam proses pembahasan yang justru menjadi bagian dari proses penyempurnaan tata kelola keuangan daerah ke depan.
“Permasalahan yang terungkap harus dimaknai sebagai sebuah dinamika dalam setiap pembahasan yang memang dari waktu ke waktu masih harus terus dibenahi dan disempurnakan,” ujarnya.
Tasming Hamid pun menyampaikan penghargaan tinggi kepada seluruh fraksi DPRD Kota Parepare yang telah menyampaikan pendapat akhir dan secara resmi menerima serta menyetujui Ranperda tersebut untuk ditetapkan menjadi Peraturan Daerah.
“Ungkapan terima kasih dan penghargaan yang tak terhingga kami sampaikan kepada Ketua dan Anggota Fraksi-Fraksi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Parepare, yang menerima dan menyetujui Rancangan Peraturan Daerah tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2024,” tutupnya.
Penetapan Ranperda Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan APBD ini menjadi bagian penting dalam rangkaian siklus pengelolaan keuangan daerah, sebagai bentuk transparansi dan akuntabilitas Pemerintah Kota Parepare kepada masyarakat.
Tasming Hamid menambahkan, selanjutnya, beberapa saran, pendapat, hal hal, catatan dan harapan serta penekanan dari Fraksi-Fraksi DPRD akan ia perhatikan dan cermati serta tindaklanjuti.
