Notifedia.com, PAREPARE – Wali Kota Parepare, H. Tasming Hamid menyambut hangat kehadiran Kapolres baru, AKBP Indra Waspada Yuda, dalam acara penyambutan dan silaturahmi yang berlangsung di Mapolres Parepare, Rabu, (9/7/2025).
Acara tersebut turut dihadiri oleh sejumlah unsur Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda), para pimpinan Polres Parepare, serta jajaran pejabat Pemerintah Kota Parepare.
Hadir pula Ketua DPRD Kota Parepare, Ir. Kaharuddin Kadir, dan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Parepare yang memberikan dukungan dan apresiasi terhadap prosesi penyambutan pimpinan Polres tersebut.
Pergantian pucuk pimpinan Polres Parepare ini ditandai dengan peralihan jabatan dari AKBP Arman Muis kepada AKBP Indra Waspada Yuda.
Wali Kota Parepare menyampaikan rasa terima kasih dan apresiasi yang mendalam kepada AKBP Arman Muis atas dedikasinya selama menjabat.
“Terima kasih tentunya kepada Bapak Arman Muis, yang selama menjabat Kapolres dapat menjaga stabilitas dan kondusifitas keamanan di Kota Parepare. Terutama karena mampu bersinergi dengan Pemerintah Kota dalam berbagai program strategis,” ujar Tasming Hamid.
Tasming juga menyampaikan harapannya kepada Kapolres yang baru agar sinergitas yang telah terbangun selama ini bisa terus dilanjutkan, bahkan ditingkatkan.
“Kami berharap kepada Bapak AKBP Indra Waspada Yuda agar dapat terus meningkatkan kolaborasi yang positif bersama Pemerintah Kota dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di Parepare. Kami yakin dengan kepemimpinan beliau, Parepare akan semakin aman dan nyaman bagi masyarakat,” lanjutnya.
AKBP Indra Waspada Yuda sebelumnya telah menjabat di sejumlah wilayah strategis dan dikenal sebagai sosok yang humanis serta dekat dengan masyarakat.
Acara penyambutan berlangsung dalam suasana akrab dan penuh kehangatan, menandai komitmen bersama untuk terus menjaga keamanan dan kedamaian di Kota Parepare.
