Acara tersebut membahas tentang penyampaian pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi terhadap Ranperda Perubahan APBD tahun anggaran 2025.
Agenda kedua, jawaban Wali Kota Parepare atas pandangan umum Fraksi-Fraksi DPRD Parepare.
Rapat paripurna ini, dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Parepare, Kaharuddin Kadir, yang dihadiri Wakil Wali Kota Parepare, Hermanto di Gedung DPRD Parepare.
Hermanto didampingi langsung Pj Sekda Parepare Amarun Agung Hamka, Asisten, Staf Ahli, pimpinan OPD, camat dan lurah.
Saat paripurna pandangan umum fraksi-farksi, secara bergantian lima fraksi di DPRD menyampaikan pandangannya atas Ranperda APBD Perubahan 2025.
Meski ada catatan dalam pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi, namun ke lima fraksi menyetujui Ranperda Perubahan APBD tahun anggaran 2025, untuk dibahas lebih lanjut berdasarkan pedoman penyusunan anggaran yang telah diatur dalam ketentuan.
“Rapat paripurna ini dinyatakan kuorum dan secara resmi saya buka untuk umum. Agenda kita adalah pandangan umum fraksi-fraksi atas Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Perubahan APBD Parepare tahun anggaran 2025,” kata Kaharuddin Kadir..
Dalam kesempatan itu, ketua DPRD juga menyampaikan tahapan-tahap pelaksanaan rapat paripurna, mulai pembukaan hingga penutupan.
“Semua rangkaian pelaksanaan rapat paripurna telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Ke lima fraksi telah menyampaikan masing-masing pandangannya, dan menyetujui Ranperda Perubahan APBD Parepare tahun anggaran 2025, untuk dibahas lebih lanjut,” ujar Kaharuddin Kadir.
