Maros, – Sebagai apresiasi kepada seluruh pengguna jasa bandara dan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang optimal serta memberikan customer experience menjelang Hari Raya Idul Fitri, PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia selaku pengelola Bandara Sultan Hasanuddin akan mengoperasikan alur kedatangan baru.
Pengoperasian area kedatangan baru berlaku pada hari Senin tanggal 24 Maret 2025. Luasan Area Kedatangan Baru yang dioperasikan seluas 37.557 m2. Dengan luasan baru ini, jarak dari dalam terminal sampai ke area lobby kedatangan sekitar kurang lebih 10 menit.
“Pada 24 Maret 2025, kami resmi mengoperasikan sebagian Area Kedatangan Baru. Oleh karena itu kami himbau kepada para penjemput untuk memperhatikan penunjuk arah. Akan ada petugas yang mengarahkan.” Ujar Minggus Gandeguai selaku General Manager Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin.
Beberapa perubahan yang perlu diperhatikan terutama untuk penjemput diantaranya yaitu :
- Area parkir roda empat berada di Gedung Parkir
- Bus parkir di Sisi Selatan Area Kedatangan
- Kendaraan roda dua berada di kantung parkir roda dua di sisi utara terminal.
- Area pick up zone berada di depan lobi kedatangan.
Untuk memudahkan kepada penumpang yang akan meninggalkan bandara, telah dipersiapkan aplikasi Kios-K (aplikasi pemesanan taksi resmi) yang terhubung dengan pengelola moda transportasi darat. Pihak pengelola bandara juga menyiapkan konter pengelola moda transportasi darat sehingga penumpang bisa memilih penyedia jasa.
